We'd heard there is always a line, but getting there on a weekday at 8:20 am, there was plenty of room. Good choices, big servings, very tasty. I question why on the early bird special the side was toast instead of juice or fruit when waffle was included in entree. Service was a bit slow, but ok. Healthy choices.

As a local resident I have found the Nova Cafe a real great place for breakfast or lunch in downtown Bozeman. They also have great coffee and teas.

Every time I go to Nova I always get the Tom Avo. This time around I branched out and got the Forbidden Hash--DELISH. It was a great vegetarian option and was so filling. New fav!

We love this breakfast spot so much. It's old school diner meets hip new ideas! We ate here twice on our most recent short visit to Bozeman and each meal was just delicious - the Baja scramble, the huevos, Myli's Mess, and biscuits and gravy; all were knocked out of the park delicious. Although your food comes diner quick, you... More

We were visiting Bozeman from Georgia for a wedding. I looked in a travel guide in the hotel and found this listed as a winner of best breakfast. It truly is a great breakfast place. We enjoyed the surroundings , the wait staff and service and mostly the good food We had quiches and split the cottage cheese pancakes. All... More

I walked into the Nova Cafe and I wasn't sure it would be for me. It's all hipster cool and the patrons were the same. I am not hipster cool, just a regular person and feeling out of place, but what the heck this cafe has all kinds of eggs benedict and I was hungry. The staff despite being so... More

Pancakes are huge, juice is fresh squeezed and coffee is delicious. Local ingredients make this place extra special. Great service and cute atmosphere. Would most definitely go back again.

I arrived on a Saturday and noon and was disappoint to find that the special I had my eye on was sold out. But that's what I get for going late on a Saturday. The staff hustled and was incredibly friendly. I ordered The Argyle (eggs Benedict with salmon). It was delicious, but my favorite part of the meal was... More

This is a must visit destination if you're visiting Bozeman! Outstanding Juevos Rancheros! Their fried potatoes and hash potatoes both had lots of Rosemary seasoning, which I did not care for. Very good service and management. Expect a wait, but well worth it.
