A big and creative menu, Nova does a wonderful job with standards like omelette and Benedict’s, skillets and pancakes. Vegetarians have great choices also. Laid back atmosphere but very efficient and friendly service. If you are going out for breakfast in Bozeman only once, this...More

Everything, from the staff to the food, is fabulous! Generally, there is a wait, but it's definitely worth it. The menu isn't huge, but there's something for everyone. Their homemade tomato jam is THE BEST!

Breakfast is tasty, well done and fresh. The proportions are enough for even the hardiest of eaters.

Great fresh food. They use locally grown ingredients as much as possible. Wide variety of breakfast items. The eggs Benedict is delicious. Lots of specialty coffees.

Myli's mess frittata and special Benedict of the day. Side of flavorful bacon. All deelicious and splurge worthy! And real good coffee too.

There is no alcohol served at Nova Cafe. With the strict and expensive beer and wine licensing in town, it is a no go. You may try one of the bars or evening places that offers brunch such as Copper, Starkys or Red Chair.
