The food is original and very high quality! I have eaten here for years and I have never had anything less than very good. Many vegetarian options, but also locally-produced meats. My wife says the cappuccinos are the best she has had.

Tasty, creative food, friendly staff and a cool Bozeman vibe. This is one of our go-to breakfast places in Bozeman.

We love this place for breakfast. It's the best! They are so accommodating, you can even order a half of Eggs Benedick. The food is excellent and the service is great. Healthy options on the menu. Excellent coffee bar too. Get there early or you will have to wait.

Stopped by to grab our morning coffee. Lots of take-out orders and the barrista was backed up, although we were the only ones present... Noisy place, eclectic menu, so if you like to explore new combos for breakfast you may like this place. I'm a traditional breakfast person, so this was not for me. Insider Tip: Call ahead and order... More

We had a tasty breakfast at The Nova! The kids enjoyed Mickey Mouse pancakes and I had the best homemade biscuits and gravy ever. Next time we visit Bozeman we'll be eating here again.

We've been told by several people that Nova Cafe was the best place to go for breakfast, but it took us 2 years to get here. It was worth the wait!!

Went here twice while visiting Bozeman. Delicious breakfast and brunch. Plenty of tasty vegetarian options. Enjoyed everything we had. And the coffee was really good - they are from a local shop so we ended up buying some beans to take home. Highly recommend going here for breakfast.

Went here twice during our recent visit for breakfast/brunch. Fantastic menu...wide range of foods to choose from...healthy to your plain jane eggs/bacon and toast. Inexpensive....but, get here early on weekends or could have a wait.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. There was no wait and and we were seated right away. The service was prompt and friendly. Both of our dishes were good although the temperature of the food suggested it may have sat for awhile before it made it to our table. They were busy but not that busy. Overall it... More

The Nova Cafe always had a line out front so we had to wait but it was worth it. The service and food were both wonderful. I always get pancakes and the hubby always has eggs. Neither of us was disappointed. I went out of my norm and had the hot chocolate and the fruit cup. All wonderful. The fruit... More
