Ate here on Saturday, a little wait time but very enjoyable sitting outside while waiting. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We had the special Mexican Chipotle Benedict, delicious and so different. They had a fairly good choice of gluten free foods too....More

Good coffee but the food is excellent. A very diverse choice of items and not just the everyday breakfast of bacon and eggs. Love the Belgium waffles with nice crisp bacon. Would recommend Nova for breakfast any day very consistent with food

Always delicious but be sure to get their freshly squeezed orange juice and all their entrees are creative with homemade flair. I love their eggs Benedict vegetarian style. When college is in session, you'll see parents bringing their hungry students so get there early.

Great local spot with fresh options from local vendors-great for breakfast and lunch! Also have a really good selection of teas and a great coffee bar on one side of the restaurant

The Nova Cafe, at least when I have been there, is extremely busy. But it is worth the wait as they have some unique and very tasty breakfast items. Service is great too.

This hip cafe in downtown Bozeman has a breakfast menu so immense you are almost left bamboozled! However, everything we had was excellent and service was efficient and friendly. Well worth seeking out.

Been here several times and am never disappointed by their selection and egg and sandwhich specials. Lots of locals eat here which is always a good sign.

Bozeman seems to have plenty of good or great breakfast places and Nova cafe is at the top of the list. Unfortunately everyone else is aware of this and it can get quite busy. Not sure if I have the patient to wait for breakfast...More

There is no alcohol served at Nova Cafe. With the strict and expensive beer and wine licensing in town, it is a no go. You may try one of the bars or evening places that offers brunch such as Copper, Starkys or Red Chair.
