Recommended by the owner of the B and B, and she was right!! Luscious!! Quinoa salad was the best ever. Bahn Mi sandwich was delicious. I have never had it but have heard it’s good. This one had local chicken and in fact local everything!

Nova is one of the better breakfast places in town. Constantly good food. Great coffee. Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

They had good GF options which I was grateful for. However, the staff there acted they did not want to be there. I had asked a question only to be snapped at. Waitress kept on forgetting our things and it took forever to get when...More

I sincerly dislike the nova, reminds me of a hippy place. The smell, vibe, over priced, lousy, will never go back. Please do not ask me to say more.

Very popular lunch place in downtown Bozeman. Look for the daily specials on the blackboard. And - don't forget to drink their coffee!

Everyone I asked told me that this was the can’t-miss place for breakfast in Bozeman, and they were right. I had the cottage cheese pancakes with coconut & crasins with a glass of blood orange juice. Both were excellent & nothing like I’d had before....More

Always a family favorite for us, I try to stick with the healthier omlettes, but sometimes succumb to the temptations of the killer eggs benedict with lox or amazing bacon. Cheerful atmosphere and friendly staff

There is no alcohol served at Nova Cafe. With the strict and expensive beer and wine licensing in town, it is a no go. You may try one of the bars or evening places that offers brunch such as Copper, Starkys or Red Chair.
