Great restaurant! Located in a redone old train depo, it has a nice atmosphere. The staff was very knowledgeable and give very good recommendations. The service and food was excellent. Fresh, delicious, and made to order.

We eat here often when in Bozeman. The atmosphere is casual but interesting as old railhouse. The menue is great with local favorites- wonderful bison burgers, mac n cheese and fish and chips. The beer selection is huge w many Montana craft beers on tap. Wait staff is always good.

The food has always been good but the waits are normally long and then I'll is always high. It doesn't s always packed but there are better places in Bozeman.

Aleworks has pretty much everything down to a t. Servers and bartenders and all other help are top knotch. Food itself is very tasty but portions get smaller every time I go!! Great atmosphere.

Aleworks is always packed, so expect a wait. That said, the reason they're busy is that their food, beers and service are consistently very good and food comes out pretty fast once you're seated. Good burger/pub fare and salads. The Gallatin Valley Salad is fantastic.

Sat and ate at the bar, very crowded, but the Cheeseburger was excellent and bartenders were fast and friendly.

Insider Tip: Sit at the bar and avoid the wait for a table. My wife and I enjoyed another fine meal. It was crowded with a 30 minutes wait, but we sat right away, split an order of fish tacos. She had a Porter and I had the root beer on tap. It was great. We'll be back for the... More

We live in Bozeman and Ale Works is one of our go to night out venues. My wife enjoy it is a date night out but it is also a great gathering place with friends. If we have family in town it is top of the list due to the fun atmosphere and predictably good food. They do not take... More

I had never stopped in here on all my travels to Bozeman. I thought the place was a brewery but I was wrong. This place serves all the local Montana brewery's beer plus the national brand stuff. The place was packed. We had a couple beers and some appetizers. The Asian sesame wings were outstanding and so were the garlic... More
