If you're looking for good, warm, authentic Mexican food, don't go here. By the time your food arrives to you it's cold. The meat is tough and it's not that good food. They have good service though. Wide variety of beverages like hibiscus lemonade and horchata. Military Mondays means military gets half off which is nice.

We went there for lunch and the place was packed. The line went quickly, and the staff were friendly. The coconut shrimp tacos were very good. They even have a free quesadilla for kids called the Nino.

We have been here before when visiting Great Falls. The food is okay which is why we keep coming back. The specialty drinks are fun to sample. My only concern is it is a little pricey and the staff are so intent on moving you through the line quickly that for those who don't go often we have no idea... More

I visit GFalls fairly regularly and never tried Cafe Rio; until today. GFalls had an On The Border restaurant that closed recently. Shame on you GFalls for not supporting a clearly better Mexican restaurant. Shame. Cafe Rio in one word SUCKS. It is struggling to meet high school cafeteria quality food and setting. I see some other reviews compare it... More

We stopped at the Cafe Rio while passing through town. You order your food "Chipotle " style, where you choose your dish, then your meat, finally all the toppings. Everything was really fresh and super tasty. The portions are large so plan on having left overs or go halfsies with someone. We took a trip to flavor town that we... More

Good, fresh, and fast food! Everyone in my party was happy with their meal. The homemade tortillas were fun to watch being made too!

My wife loves this place and took me for the first time. Food was pretty good, I had the burrito. I will definitely return when in town.

Im a huge fan of Tacos - specifically GOOD Mexican Taquerias. THIS IS THE ONE to go to while in Great Falls, MT. When I arrived, the atmosphere was lively. Large sitting area with people eating, the line was at least 20 people deep (a sure sign of popularity) and the kitchen was fully staffed with a dozen people working..... More
