We've eaten here 4 times in the last ten years hoping each time would be better. It's clean, comfortable, atmosphere is fine, but the food is not to our liking and overpriced for what you get. The medallions with mushrooms portion was small compared to the price and the prime rib didn't look like a prime rib.

Don't judge this book by its cover. The inside is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We only did appetizers and drinks but I can tell you that the "Bacon Explosion" is to die for. And since when did a place in the middle of nowhere have presentation? Talk to the owner, Ben Koepke, if you have... More

An oasis on Route 93 just north of Missoula on the way to Flathead Lake, went 4 times and different bartenders every time -- all good

Really a great variety of food. Satisfies a vegetarian and a meat-eater. This is the best & biggest restaurant around. We plotted this out on our road trip. It was a good place to stop.

When asked if they make their chicken fried steak from scratch, not frozen..the waitress immediately said they do and it's really good so when we got it, and asked why she said it was fresh, when it was quite obvious it was not homemade & definitely frozen. She goes on to say the ones they "normally" serve are fresh and... More

As above we stopped on our way back from a week at the lake. Not real busy on a Sunday with a nice varied menu. Plenty to eat with the burgers being the favorite of our group. Don't miss it on the bend in the highway.Understand they have entertainment on Friday & Saturday nights.

We were a party of eight, celebrating Mom's 80th birthday. I made reservations. Table wasn't ready when we arrived. Server seemed inexperienced but polite, just not equipped to manage the pace. Service was very slow but we were trying to stay upbeat. Asked for bread, brought out five small slices of bread for 8 people. Our entrees were served an... More
