In the wilderness of chain restaurants in Grand Island, Wasabi stands out like a beacon of hope! A great place for a "date". The atmosphere is relaxing and gracious without being stuffy. Cuisine is Asian and includes both Japanese and Chinese. Sushi is offered and it is my favorite. The restaurant offers a wide and varied selection. You would probably... More

We were very disappointed with our overall experience at Wasabi. I had the seafood delight and had to send it back for being undercooked and my mother had the triple delight that was cold. She was also charged $2.00 for snow peas and had maybe 5 total. We couldn't understand our waitress as she spoke softly and couldn't answer any... More

Our family goes several times a month to Wasabi Bistro. We usually get sushi, and the rolls are quite good! You can get orders of 6 rolls or mix and match whatever you want. The entrees I have ordered were all great. The service is good, as well. The place is clean and pleasant. Haven't been disappointed yet.

Wasabi Bistro is by far our favorite restaurant in Grand Island. We love to try new things every time we visit, if we are unsure the staff is very helpful in recommending items. If you go order the Hot Chicago...you will not regret it, it is amazing! Besides that they have the best General Tso and Spinach Salad.

Given the location in a strip mall, this place really allowed for a great couple dinner. The food was good (except could have been spicier). The sushi was sticky and tender - good. Service was very good. Two entrees 3 appetizers one soda , under $50.

For all the hype, we found the place to be average at best. The soups were good but the food was not well seasoned or even hot. Soup and egg rolls are not included with the meal nor a fortune cookie with the bill which was surprising especially considering the price. Cannot speak to the sushi as we did not... More

We had excellent service and a gentleman named Steven followed up to make sure everything was okay. He took the time to give us a little history on Wasabi and was very personable!
