Stopped for lunch on our way through town. Dad got the bacon cheeseburger with hash browns and I got he French dip. Both were very good! Prompt service and fun personalities. The waitresses were busy running orders and the register (all the seats were filled!) but didn't forget anyone and remembered everything we asked for! Definitely recommend.

Leave your pretentiousness behind. Simple home style meals, with friendly staff. Fastest service I've had in a long time. Home made pies, fresh made daily specials. Booths, tables, or diner style counter service.

Whenever I travel to Grand Island to visit family, this place is a must for us. Okay, so one might say it's a typical coffee shop/diner food joint, but it's always like returning to a family members home for a down home meal. Comfort food for me! The staff is always welcoming and I'll be back on my next visit... More

We stopped here based on TripAdvisor while traveling along I-80. It is all you would expect of a small town cafe. Lots of locals, decor shows small town spirit, the waitress told me they had worked together for years. I had the #1 ($6.99), 2 scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of outstanding bacon and 2 pancakes that were light, fluffy and... More

Good home cooking, we had biscuits & sausage gravy, eggs & hashbrowns. Can't wait to taste the coconut meringue pie we got to go! Prices reasonable.

Generous amazingly low priced breakfast (check the photos of the FEAST!). Grill is hot and a bit greasy. Cook a bit heavy handed on the "well-done" concept. Servers are like thoughtful best friends...quick with coffee refills and eager to please. Waited an extra half hour for the pies to be ready. Huge slices with huge flavor! Note: this is a... More
