The esoteric charm of the place is augmented by the razor sharp wit of the proprietors. Come for the beer, stay for the culinary delights.

What a wonderful pub. Just like pubs used to be but seldom are nowadays. Good range of beer, excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, intelligent, friendly and very generous landlord and landlady.
