The atmosphere is upbeat, servers positive and awesome. Food is excellent. The BBQ ribs fall right off the bone! Stir fry veggies fresh with great variety- I asked for no onion and they were happy to do it that way. Local sourced microbrews plus their own unique brews. Always lots of options and mid-price range.

With their new and expanded building, we were expecting lots of empty tables at lunch but were surprised to see the place almost full. The menu seems to be the same, but the presentation of my Margherita Flat Bread Pizza (Which is my usual there) had been upgraded to a more "Classy" stage. The service was as always top notch... Are often at the further location and enjoyed everything but the noise. New location is lovely, but the have kinks to work out for dining enjoyment. Menu offers less than before so some favorites are missing. And, unfortunately, the noise level is just as high if not worse. Overall food was good, but the ran out of two of their... More

Was anxious to try the new location don't bother looks nice inside but you get the same old crappy service the food isn't much better than the service there's no excuse for your appetizer to show up at the same time as your food never got asked if we needed another drink from the bar barely got refills on our... Anxious to visit the new location as we're long time GC fans. But was thoroughly disappointed. Arrived at lunch, about 20 people were waiting in the lobby atea. The entry is poorly engineered. Each time someone walks in, a huge gust of cold wind fills the waiting space. A personal door attendant didn't help the situation as he'd hold the... More

My wife and I have been customers for years and I am a mug club member. In the past we have enjoyed the large relatively quiet dining area at the old site. They recently opened the new restaurant so we decided to give it a try. The first thing we noticed is that it is a lot of tables crammed... More

I just visited the new location as part of a large group from my work for a Christmas Dinner. Service was still in the learning phases with new staff and technology but they did an excellent job despite the learning curve. The food was beyond amazing. Everything was fantastic. I had the Sirloin with Shrimp on top and I must... More

I have eaten at Granite City a few times when eating out with friends. While my friends like GC, I really don't care for the menu. In fact, most times I struggle to find anything I would eat, so I normally order a few appetizers. While I don't care for the items on the menu, the food is usually good... More

my flatbread pizza wasn't very good. It was late and we were tired, so I let it pass. I was surprised, because we've eaten there before and have been happy. My daughter was happy with her chicken meal but her potatoes were so salty as to be inedible. The server gave us a small discount as a result. She was... More

Good place for lunch by Gateway Mall. Wrap was full of flavor and fresh. Service was good. They are building a new restaurant next door to existing one.
