I've given this place several chances ... each time their food servings get smaller and thinner (hamburgers pressed so thin you can see through them like a sieve). Staff is not the friendliest though place always is clean and busy.

a bit off the beaten track west of Hwy !3 and hard to get to with construction. Nice, clean, small-town friendly staff, even when swamped with a big church group all at once. Culver's is worth the wait and construction maneuvering for better than usual fast food.

Well been to a few culvers. The burgers chicken strips. Grilled chicken all amazing. The custard is great. Solid good value better than average fast food

We were at Culver's at noon on a Saturday, so they were quite busy. They handled the rush hour well, and the wait time was short. The service was good, and the food was very good. We would eat here again.

They always greet you with a smile. Their food is fast and always piping hot - except their concrete mixers which are thick and delicious.

I love these burgers. The menu is a bit pricey compared to other burger places but worth it. I try not to go there during the lunch hour because the place is wall to wall usually.

Anytime I want a huge sloppy burger I head to culvers. Although on the right priced side of fast food I never leave hungry and the green beans are always a nice side item to compliment my high calorie burger!

We went in as a lunch break (we were on lunch break), and being from Sioux City I did not know what to expect. I am glad we did stop there for lunch, our order was quick and painless. Food was very well prepared and very tasty. Will take note of this next time I am in Norfolk.

The smell of urine upon entry should have been a clue. Fries had clearly been sitting and the burger was so cold the cheese never came close to melting. Used the restroom and the floor was sticky with garbage on the floor as well. Gross! I would never go back.

Food - typical of a Culvers, burgers, fries, and shakes plus some other meal options like roast beef, fried chicken, and fish dishes. They are known for their frozen custard. Service - Its a fast food restaurant, take it how you will. Facility - clean
