We found our food to be very good and plentiful. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive and the old west atmosphere added to the evening. There were even three horse stalls to eat in, I imagine children would love that. My husband got the Corn Beef Sandwich and he said was good and I got the Oriental Chicken Salad... More

My son and I stopped in after a cold day of deer hunting. Appeared to be a number of locals. I had the Forman Burger and he had the Rancher. Big, but not huge, cooked just right. It's hard to fill my kid up, this meal did. He recommended the steak fries. I got the side salad which was decent... More

We stopped on a Friday night for dinner & drinks. We ordered an appetizer platter & 2 beverages. The server seemed like she would rather be anywhere else & was kind of snarky. Water is served in little plastic Dixie cup like glasses. Our appetizer arrived with "to go" containers of ranch & marinara. Nothing special. Everything is frozen to... More

Stopped here on our way to Colorado. The service was slow but that was fine because we weren't in a hurry. The food was really good and was decently priced. Would fine here again if we are ever in Ogallala.

We were driving from Colorado to Illinois and decided to make our dinner stop as we entered Nebraska at 6 pm. When I found Front Street, everyone was excited. It seemed like the perfect tourist stop for dinner. When we arrived, we loved the gravel parking lot-the little town set up was adorable. Then we went inside and it was... More

Service was super quick, even though we were there at dinner hour rush. I noticed a great deal on a "senior" meal - a NY Strip steak w/2 sides at about half the regular menu price; it was a 6 oz, which is the perfect size for me. Steak was terrific, sides were good. Atmosphere is campy, as you would... More

I walked over to the Front Street Steakhouse for an early supper. I was promptly seated upon entering. There were 4 to 5 couples already seated on my arrival. My waitress took my drink and food order. My drink came right out. I ordered the Big Boss burger with steak fries. My food was very slow coming out. The burgers... More

I stopped in on a week day evening and it wasn't very busy. My waitress was very friendly. I had the ribeye which was good, not the best steak I have ever had (it was average to slightly better than avg), but I have had much worse steaks for much more money. I would go back.

Pretty good food, I had the ranch burger (a local Nebraska meat) good stuff. But hubby ordered a buffalo burger, not so good, looked more like a frozen patty from some grocery store. But we did enjoy looking thru the museum and taking pictures. Didn't find out until we got there, they don't have the gun fights or saloon shows... More
