Went there after work on my way home and I figured that a Casino Restaurant would be at least half way decent (like 51%+). Well the Biltmore in Crystal Bay managed to bring that down to a 5%. The menu is not very 'creative'. A meatloaf, some Burgers ... I mean, the total basics just 'feed the desperate gamblers". There... More

Cafe is located in Biltmore Hotel & Casino right off casino floor. Food was good and very inexpensive. Menu offers a variety of comfort food and full meals.

The Tahoe Biltmore café is located on the casino level and have a nice view. The menu was not your standard fare, so read it carefully. the food was good and reasonably priced. An enjoyable meal.

The Biltmore is old, tired and empty but the prime rib special on Tuesday nights is a fantastic deal! $9.95 for a large cut of meat, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. The prime rib is served as ordered and is NOT fatty or tough. Service is fast (about 10 minutes!) and our waitress Trini was polite and efficient. I highly... More

The cafe has a retro feel when you walk in, but the casino adjoining it does smell of smoke. The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, sausage patties, bacon, bisquits w/gravy, fruit, danish, and cooked to order omelettes and pancakes. Food was good. Price $9.95

I decided after church in Incline Village to try the all you can eat breakfast buffet at the Tahoe Biltmore for $9.95. It was really dreadful! I couldn't even eat the first items I chose. Everything was dried out and tasted terrible. I don't recommend this place at all

I was surprised at how good the burgers were at this place as I was not really expecting much here, and also the service was great! I will eat again.

You can get basic food here and a decent price. We also did the Mother's Day "Brunch" which was a simple buffet. It only cost $10.00 so there wasn't too much to complain about Variety of food was minimal but good.

I felt like the Biltmore Cafe was nothing exciting, but I did enjoy the large windows, (especially because it had snowed the night before, so everything looked all fluffy and white) and the pancakes! They tasted better than I expected and I LOVED that they were cooked to a nice golden color with a crispy edge - so good. I... More

The Tahoe Biltmore is an older Hotel, Casino & Restaurant that has been around since the late 1940's - so yes, it needs updating, badly. The reality is, we have been going there for years because the food and service was always excellent. This trip was no different. It's the same old "cafe" with the same old "forever greenery" adorning... More
