Wow wow. My Dad sent my sister and I to Elko to try some basque food when we were on our way back home from Reno. I read reviews about Toki Ona and decided to give it a try. When we pulled up the building was small and completely surrounded by cars--a busy hole-in-the-wall type resturant draws me in like... More

Heard this place was good... not really - it was GREAT! Lots of great salads, bread and authentic home cooked soup... great sea food and huge portions... The service was very good as well! Definitely worth trying when in this small town in Nevada.

Great service, amazing food easy location and traditional basque meals. Even the green beans are worth coming for. It will be a destination dinner from now on.

We had never been to a Basque restaurant before. Now we know to bring a big appetite! We have never seen so many sides. Some of the other reviews mention the variety of the sides. How true! Our main dishes were good but not outstanding. Glad we went just for the experience! The service was fast and efficient.

Many had raved of how great this place was. Maybe it WAS and no loner IS. I have given this place 3 chances and each time I was left wondering, "I paid how much for THAT!" The chicken fried steak was small, was spongy and simply not worth the price. Nothing here has been impressive. I am sure they have... More

Homestyle cooking, large portions reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Give it a shot! And the service was pleasant by all members.

I've heard good things about this restaurant from a coworker and decided to take my wife there for a date on a Friday evening. The clam chowder was different than any other I've tried anywhere else and was very delicious. I ordered the ribeye and my wife had the steak and prawns. The food was amazing. We both were very... There are no basque restaurants where we live. I forgot how much they serve you. The moment you are seated you're eating. Bread, soup, salad, rice, green beans, French fries, spaghetti, mashed potatoes and your entre. I would suggest doing the split entre so you can have dessert. Total comfort food. Service was over the top.

Toki Onas is one of the very few reasons to visit Elko. Anna potatoes are literally the best ever. Prime rib, lobster, house soups and salads. This place is awesome.
