This is a FABULOUS restaurant. The service is top-notch, old school. Formal waiters at the ready at all times. The food was phenomenal. From the salad to the dessert, it was an incredible dining experience.

We were pretty excited to be here. The service was incredible and I mean, excellent! It felt like the kitchen was just waiting for us to finish one course so they could serve the next right on time. In a busy restaurant that's hard to do and it was impressive. The appetizer and pasta courses were amazing! The egg ravioli... More

Came to Carnevino during a recent Vegas trip at the recommendation of one of the friends who I was traveling with. He had been last year and set the expectation for blow you away food at a high price tag. I'll be honest, leading up to our visit I was debating if it would be worth it after seeing the... More

We were looking for somewhere for an excellent Steak and we found it with Carnevino. Karl the waiter was superb and guided us through the Steak Menu, all the other waiting staff were superb aswell. The Calamari for starter was superb. I like a sauce with my Steak, mainly for the Chips, but Karl politely explained I should try with... More

We reserved a table at CarneVino on a friend's recommendation and went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service was exceptional and the attentive servers earned every penny of their substantial tip. The steak, while tasty, was completely overpriced. In fact, I would probably not recommend this restaurant to a friend unless they were willing to shell out more... More

Last year we thought we had it all, ordering a 90 day plus dry aged tomahawk ribeye for two. We had to do it again. However, our excellent server Carlos threw us a curve ball with the addition of their newest culinary wizardry; a 9 month dry aged bone in New York strip steak which was pretty much a T-bone,... We really like this place. We visited on a Friday night, and it was pretty busy by the time we left. We asked for a dish prepared differently from what is on the menu, as we have in the past. We were cheerfully accommodated again, and it was prepared perfectly and was delicious. I wish I could remember our server's... More

We were there twice for dinner on our visit to LV. First night we had the Bone in Rib Eye which was spectacular. Second night we had the Lamb and the Seafood Stew. Both were bursting with flavours. Desert BOTH nights, cheesecake with blueberry compote and Sea Salt caramelised bananas with and Mascarpone cheese with Vanilla beans. Sorry i don't... More

I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant! The food, the service, and the atmosphere was all fantastic. My husband and I went with a couple friends and ALL the dishes were so yummy! Their wine list is very extensive and the service was incredible. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. A little on the pricy side but... More

Had dinner here last night with some friends. Atmosphere was calm and stylish. They recommend 3 courses (app, pasta and dinner), and for app and pasta to just order a couple dishes to share. It turned out to be perfect for us (party of 4). Started with the caprese salad and the lamb sausage, which we had with our freshly... More
