Freed's is one of the first bakeries in the Las Vegas Valley. It was one of the ONLY bakeries in the Las Vegas Valley. That alone made it special. I have to admit 30 years ago it was quite tasty - but it is no longer the "new kid" in town. You can get a tastier cake, at a much... More

This is the best bakery in Las Vegas! I can personally vouch for the Strawberry Shortcake, Brown Derby, Parisian, Brown Derby, special order chocolate pecan coffee cake & the Choclate Covered Strawberries.

Yes everything is good. However, when I asked for the price of a cannoli I was greeted with "why do you want to know?" Astounding. I've had many cakes given to me on special occasions by others who paid astronomical Psalms. A similar cake at Whole Foods , which is known for outrageous pricing ,can be had for two thirds... More

The Fred's on South Eastern Av in Henderson can be located behind Freddy's a great burger joint. The pastries are most delectable although when compared in size to the bakery at South Point they fall a bit short in size for the money. You cannot take away the quality when you purchase for any occasion though. Try the lemon raspberry... More

CupCakes were good but not great. I was somewhat disappointed because I had heard so many good things about their products. I had different flavors but they still lacked something. Very costly !

I've been an avid customer at Freed's Bakery since my 14 years as a resident in the Las Vegas Valley. All bakery items are baked by hand. Freed's Bakery maintains a high quality control of their baked products. Breakfast pastries are reasonably priced. You can order a broad assortment of personalized cakes for all occasions. Freed's is noted for their... More

Picked up a King-cake we ordered yesterday. It was unbelievable! Opened the box when we got home. It looked like a picture. Could not believe how good it was. As good as any in New Orleans!
