I don't even like eggs so I had them hold the eggs. The burrito was huge. Well worth it. Everybody in my group was pleased with their food. Definitely stop in of you have a chance.

First of all, Carlito's moved to 4300 Sunset near Green Valley by Joe's Crab Shack. Secondly, they merged with Live Fire Q. The food is excellent and you can order from both menus. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. We split the Trifecta (Santa Maria tri-tip/chicken/sausage/beans/slaw) and also had half order of a... More
I take my New Mexican food seriously and this is as close to home as it gets. I always get the Carne adovada stuffed sopapilla Christmas style and I seriously eat it at least 3x a month. Everything is amazing, including the tacos and my husband loves the tamales.
Visitors from New Mexico/Colorado will find this place as close to home as possible. Inexpensive, huge portions, awesome flavors......awesomeness
I really like it, good quality food and a great selection and fair prices. There is a nice sized dining room and also dining on the patio, which I like a lot.
I found this place on one of the airline dining websites to earn airline points. The place had very good burritos. I had a pork burrito smothered. It was a little on the small size. It was very tasty. But it wasn't as good as Roberto's Taco shop. I paid a little over $10 for just the burrito, which would... More
The reviews I read are accurate. Sopapilla is not Indian fried bread. There is a gentleman that works there that could be nicer. The food is spicy. The portions are large. Read online that they had Indian Fry Bread. We rented a car so we could go there. When we got there, I asked a gentleman that worked there about it. He said I wanted a sopapilla. Well, a Mexican dessert is not authentic Native American fry bread. The guy was such a jerk we just went somewhere that wanted our... More
I have been going to Carlitos for a long time always enjoyed the spicy pork Verde it's real comfort food. This time I wanted to try Live Q fire and was not disappointed. The tri tip sandwich and the Italian sausage were both great. The staff is great and the food gets to you fast, I will be coming back... More
