The best hidden steak house in Las Vegas. It might sound weird for this steak house to be located in Circus Circus but it is so good. In the middle of the restaurant the chef is preparing steaks, fish, chicken, etc. for everyone to watch over an open grill. The steaks are served with a choice of soup or salad... More

The Steakhouse is our go-to steakhouse in Vegas because it is old school, and on this recent visit, it held up to our expectations. The only downside to the restaurant is you have to fight your way through crowds that all seem to be pushing massive baby strollers in the decidedly unclassy hotel. But once you enter The Steakhouse, you... More

Restaurant is in the circus circus hotel/casino. The hotel casino is a dump. But the restaurant is like walking into an old style NYC steakhouse. The steaks are expensive but unlike most restaurants of this caliber the meal includes a starter and side dishes. Steaks were cooked perfectly. I had NY strip client had the filet. Service wasn't great but... More

We went to The Steak House in Circus Circus for my 40th birthday dinner. It atmosphere is dark and very Old Vegas. We had reservations for 10 and were immediately seated. Drinks were brought promptly and so were the bread baskets. We ordered the shrimp cocktail for our appetizer and it was well worth it! The shrimps were huge and... More

I didn't have really high expectations. Circus Circus is not known as a high end hotel, so I was reluctant to try The Steak House. What a pleasant surprise! You walk in the door and the casino noise and the hustle and bustle stops. Right near the door is the beef aging room, where you can see steaks hanging whole... More

As always, classic and charming. If this was in a top vegas hotel rather than the run down circus circus it would be twice the price and lose all thats good about it. Beautiful christmas day dinner. Lovely food, decor and seating we love and great old fashioned service. Love the salad and the jacket potato extras rather than same... More

This was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint! My husband and I both really enjoyed our meals- hubby couldn't even finish his! Mitch was our waiter and was amazing- so friendly, polite and attentive. Definitely go here for a good steak!

This restaurant was wonderful. The service was impeccable and the steaks are all mesquite wood grilled - the mesquite wood gives the steaks an awesome flavor - They have a very nice wine list The food is awesome, great mixologist and wonderful desserts All in all a great restaurant

I love everything about this place (except the surrounding hotel of course). I think for those looking for an excellent steak at a comparatively good value, this is the place to go. I love how it is an all inclusive meal. I got the fillet and it was cooked to perfection and almost too big. The salad is great, potato... More

We were seated promptly at around 5 PM. Waitress gave her name, someone quickly poured water (I wanted San Pellegrino) and quickly asked for drink order. I sensed we were to get in and get out ASAP. I used the name of the waitress whenever she came by to check on us, yet she kept reminding us of her name.... More

Description
The Steak House has recently been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. The Steak House has been thrilling diners with it's top grade meats served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 34 years. The Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls. The room is rich with dark woods, diamond tufted red leather booths, creating a cozy den-like ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or wild rice blend.
