What a marvelous find! We booked this for an evening we were visiting Fremont Street and were not disappointed. We sat at the bar that overlooks the kitchen. The chef talked to us throughout the evening which was fun. We had wine, their take on...an espresso martini, the bok choy wedge (outstanding flavour), chicken thighs and mediterranean cauliflower. Everything was perfection.More

There were a few street folks but they weren't scary or confrontational. Interior is industrial chic that is very well done. Ambience is comfortable even when a bit crowded. Food was amazing! We tried Devil's eggs, duck tacos and the Secret Sunday chicken sandwich. Shared...everything. Prices were not that bad for the quality and the service.More

We had taken a taxi to Fremont Street and after feeling like there was nothing decent to eat in that area, we took a walk and happened upon Carson Kitchen . What a great gem away from the Fremont Street area. The inside vibe is...very urban, industrial and we ate lunch on a great outdoor patio with a fire pit and umbrellas. They had a nice specialty cocktail menu and beer and a surprising menu. The Mexican street polenta and warm spinach salad were delicious. We also enjoyed the meatloaf sandwich and the secret Sunday chicken sandwich with spicy tater tots. The food was fresh and made to order. Service was friendly and attentive. I wouldn't return to Fremont street but I would take a taxi from the strip to dine here. Reservations accepted.More

We were looking for somewhere to eat near Fremont Street with good food that wasn’t a fancy place where we had to be dressed up. I saw a few recommendations online that included Carson’s Kitchen on their list. I’m so happy we decided to try...it out! The food was excellent! We tried the Killer Shrimp and Duck Taco appetizers, two of the burgers and chicken sandwich, the oxtail risotto, and the glazed donut bread pudding. All of it was amazing. Highly recommend! It was noisy inside but I think that’s pretty much everywhere in Vegas.More

The salad was tasty, Packaging was good. I wouldn't go seek it out to eat here. Definitely plenty of food, The sauce bar is kinda a bit of a mess though but I do like that it is open and available for you to grab...what you like and how much you want..More

The bartenders were so knowledgeable and lovely. I got the Duck 3 Ways and my mind was blown. Beautiful food! Great dining experience for a special occasion amongst friends or family. The ambiance and service were fantastic. Presentation was also very good.

This place rates well on all the reviews sites and so it should. The menu is fairly basic but what's on the menu is just delightful and perfectly done. The staff could not be nicer. I had the NY strip. Best steak I've had in...the US (well in Las Vegas anyway) cooked perfectly, great flavour.More

First off I love this place as a local I come here regularly. But this visit our order was messed up. Our Mack ad cheese was cold. The service was OK. Overall however I still think this is a good place to eat. One mediocre...experience does not make a bad experience, after multiple good mealsMore

Headed to downtown Las Vegas and was searching Google maps foe something g to eat, headed here, when we arrived we almost didn't go in as it seemed a but fancy but we went with our gut and mu lord it was the best meal...we had. We sat at the bar as we didn't book. Steve, the bartender was amazing and explained that the dishes were good for sharing so we chose 4 items and this was plenty, the chicken skins and belly pork were INSANELY good. We then had glazed doughnuts bread pudding and the was amazing. Definitely a must visit. cocktails looked brilliant tooMore

We went here at the recommendation of an Uber driver who is also a chef and foodie - and it did not disappoint. Casual and bustling vibe but not so loud to interfere with simple conversation. The menu is creative comfort food and executed perfectly....The yrecommend shared plates, so for the two of us we ordered three dishes. The beet tartare was lusciously tender with hints of sweetness and accents like crushed pistachios. The pork meatloaf came as two inch-thick slices that were griddled on the sides and dressed in a molasses glaze, and was delicious. The three bean salad had a pesto-like green dressing that was subtle and herbaceous (not typical basil and garlic), and came with strips of ham and crispy pork rinds mixed in, making it a heartier dish than just a bean salad. We were seated at a counter overlooking the open kitchen, so we saw all the other dishes coming out. Even though we were more than full from our dinner, we longed to try the deviled eggs, mac & cheese, and secret chicken sandwich. A great find in downtown Las Vegas.More

Had a lovely business colleague dinner here at this off Fremont gem. We ended up ordering a bunch of stuff off the menu to share across five of us along with some cocktails. I started with a pricey bourbon/bacon craft cocktail that was absolutely delicious...and worth the extra $. Everything we ordered in terms of food was very good. Deviled Eggs, Chicken Skins, Bacon Jam (SO good), Killer Shrimp, Wonton Crunch, Mexican Street Polenta (superb), Three Bean Salad, Minted Snap Peas and a Short Rib Flatbread. We had to try dessert of course so got the Fudge Brownie and Donut Bread Pudding... wonderful! The service was friendly, good and we all enjoyed our dinner experience here!More

We decided to hold our wedding party at Carson’s kitchen. It was fantastic from start to finish. communication was brilliant from the start. Menus sent, well priced, very responsive. When we arrived everything was ready and waiting. Rachael was warm and welcoming. The food was...unreal, the servers were attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. They kept our party well fed and watered. It is def the best food I have had in Vegas. My party of 18 absolutely raved about it. Thank you so much. You made our wedding party fantastic. Please try this place and it’s perfect for a wedding party.More
