Great coffee and treats, go here instead of Katie's! People are very nice and refills are free. I love Job's Perk!

Convenient coffee and snack shop in a very smoky local's casino. Good coffee; nice selection of pastries, and some other takeout items. Difficult to find, tucked away in the dark recesses of the casino.
A small little coffee shop with small items on the menu to eat and drink, I would only give it a #3 because its in the Carson Valley Hotel, other than that there are better coffee places on the main drag.
Located inside the Carson Valley Inn Casino this is perfect for a quick cup of coffee. If you are lucky there will be a bear claw for you to buy. These are spectacular. I eat healthy but cannot resist the sumptuous claws. There is waters and other drinks to purchase if you don't want coffee or have children who would... More
Joe's Perk is a small cafe/convenience area in the Carson Valley Casino. We like it to go get some drinks and waters and things to eat for our outings into the nearby Sierra Mountains. They do have some awesome chili if you want to have a "quick" lunch. The place also has great coffee and pastries for breakfast. (Note: In... More
have great fruit smoothies, nice pastrys, but $3 for one claritin pill?? very nice lady at counter, milk was sour and she felt bad and gave us fresh carton to use.
A great variety of coffees to please any palate. The sweet rolls in the morning are a must. A cup of coffee and a bear claw are almost a religious experience
Very Friendly staff, great coffee and lots of extras. Delicious doughnuts and pastries, plus drinks, juices, beer and wine. Surprising assortment of goodies for such a small place. Great location if your staying at the Carson Valley Inn or visiting the casino.
Have coffee here in the morning, very friendly staff. It was just steps away from my hotel room, and they have great cinnamon rolls to.
