It was a bit noisy for my mom so we asked if we could sit on the porch (it was a warm evening). What a great experience eating while looking at the walkers on the Truckee River. Great food and extremely attentive wait staff. We'd...More

It is located next to the river in a residential district. It does not have its own parking lot, but street parking is not difficult to find nearby. It is not large, so be sure to book your table in advance. There are definitely many...More

We were introduced to this restaurant by friends who joined us for dinner. It was a remarkable experience. The food, service and ambiance were great. Adding to these were a beautiful snowfall and a fireplace that made it a winter joy. One in our party...More

My husband and I went at 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening. This restaurant feels wonderfully homey yet elegant with its brick walls and large windows. Noelle was our waitress and was perfect - prompt service and very attentive. We had escargot, French onion soup,...More

I would suggest going early in the evening and sitting by the front windows so you can enjoy the view of the river and people walking along the pathway. Be prepared to pay big bucks when you eat there because everything is very pricey. Had...More

Very enjoyable restaurant with a delightful view of trails by the river. The service was excellent and both fish dishes tried were extremely good.

The food is French leaning in this bistro on the river in Reno. There is a more than adequate choice, food and service are good, and nicely quiet - good for conversations with friends.

This was our 5th time eating here. It used to be the best place in Reno - beautiful location on the Truckee. Not only have the prices gone up significantly but the quality has collapsed. My son and I order mushroom and truffle risotto. It...More

Chef Bill Gilbert's charming French style bistro in downtown Reno celebrates authentic French cooking as well as modern interpretation of French cuisine. We serve Niman Ranch beef, lamb, and pork, Liberty Duck, and much of our organic produce is sourced locally including wild and exotic mushrooms from Connie Green. Our extensive bar and wine list is available early for your pleasure. Outdoor seating is also available seasonally. Private dining arrangements are available on request. We are proud to be voted "Reno's Best French Restaurant" for over a decade, and "Reno's Most Romantic Restaurant" in 2014 by the Reno News & Review.
