Miguel's happy hour menu in the bar is a gut-filling treat, washed down with the house margaritas. We keep going back so it must be all we say it is. Try it!

We always eat Mexican food at least one time on every trip we take. Miguel's was a great choice. I had the best cheese enchilada and pork tamale ever. My wife had tacos. The were stuffed with fresh veggies and the meat was seasoned to perfection. The food was fresh and authentic. The place was very clean and the decorations... More

I had the Chile Rellenos and they were excellent, especially if you do not like really spicy food, and if you do, just put some of the salsa on them. The chicken enchiladas were a bit bland but the cheese and onion and beef ones were good.

This is a very nice family owned restaurant in Midtown. They have been in this spot since 1959. I can see why they are still in business. The big windows in the front and the brightly colored exterior make it welcoming. We came in the and were treated very cordially by the hostess who invited us to take a seat... More

We have finally found a good quality Mexican restaurant in town!!! Hubby had a burrito done enchilada style-AWESOME and I had a taco/enchilada with rice/beans. My food was mouth-watering! The beans are cooked to perfection, the rice {I cannot even begin} was the BEST I have ever had, taco and enchilada were a very welcomed flavor of deliciousness I have... More

NIce restaurant for Mexican while in Reno and it pretty much kept up the same standard over the years and catered to many locals. Major disappointment was the tortilla chips which tasted bland and flat and not crispy. It used to serve up the most delicious home-made chips anywhere.

I selected this restaurant based on some TripAdvisor reviews and was sorely disappointed. I selected one of the luncheon main course salads. It was on a salad plate and looked like a small mound of lettuce with a bit of grated cheese and a glob of sour cream on top. I eventually found a couple teaspoons of chicken underneath. It... More

It's been years since we ate at the original miguels but we were down at summit mall and noticed a miguels had opened there. The building used to be occupied by a Italian restaurant. They have totally remodeled to look like a Mexican restaurant. Very nice furnishings. We ordered off the small portion part of the menu,a taco and a... More

Lunch was okay. Not great. We had to ask for salt, sugar for ice tea, napkins. We were not overly thrilled. Food was average.
