We enjoyed the chicken-fried chicken both times we stayed in Tonopah. The service was friendly, though a bit slow on the second visit because it was short staffed that night.

We only had breakfast here, so can't speak to lunch or dinner, but the breakfast was very good, traditional American breakfast. Everything we had, eggs, hash browns, ham, coffee, was very good. It has a neat semi-"western", semi-mid-20th-century decor. It's in the historic Mizpah so is certainly worth a try, at least for breakfast, particularly given the paucity of choices... More

Had such a great experience last time through Tonopah, thought we'd try it again. Restaurant was busy, but we were seated quickly and served our drinks! And then we sat, and sat, and sat waiting to order our meal. Waitresses were waiting on the other tables giving and processing their bills, clearing and cleaning tables, setting new place settings, all... More

We went for an early dinner dinner. Wife had Caesar Salad I had pork chops with a nice side salad. Chops were fatty, but came with potatoes and squash. Both salads were really nice and service was friendly and efficient. We split an order of ice cream to finish off the meal. Would try again. Happy trails...

The food was excellent and fairly priced, but the stories and local history related by the staff was the real treat.

The Pittman always has good food ! The service can be a little slow when busy, but that is expected.

There was a nice selection of breakfast items on the menu. They also have options for children. I had the cheese omelet and it was very cheesy and delicious. The main problem was that there was only one waitress to take care of everyone and she could not keep up with all the morning customers. My husband never got a... More

I stayed at the Clown Motel and Bob the owner suggested I have breakfast here in the Mizpah Hotel's restaurant, the Pittman Cafe. It felt very good when I walked in. Very welcoming and comfortable. I sat near the window in the corner and was able to look out over the decent size room, which was very clean. On the... More

I think this place has a lot to offer but we went with cheeseburgers and fries and they were not anything special. The service was good and the building had character.

We stayed in Tonopah for 3 days, geocaching the ET Highway. We liked this restaurant so much, we came back three times. The waitresses are super nice and very accommodating and the food was really good, except the ribs, they were a little dry.
