Found the place very dirty. Top it all they ran out of bread to make a club sandwich. The wait staff was preoccupied talking to each other. Never came by to see how meal was. Never was asked for another adult beverage when we were sitting there empty. Had to go to bar to pay tab.

I really want to like this place because it's a cool location and they sell the "farm-to-table" angle, but despite the name, the food never seems to be farm fresh. I've been several times and the food either seems unseasoned or over-salted. Service is typically slow, even when the place almost empty. It's also a hassle to park there since... More

We like to sit on the screened in porch. You can see a game, get pulled pork nachos and a few beers for a great price. The service is friendly and we enjoy the food.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to have lunch, when he found a Groupon for the "the farm bar and grill" in Dover, NH. We had a wonderful time there. the waitress was informative and professional. The food was very good. the atmosphere was great. the only downside was that it wintertime and not late spring... More

I got a Groupon deal on this place and would gladly go back. My appetizer of choice was beer battered pickles with the "secret" house sauce, a barbecue sauce with an interesting white swirl. My entree was the full rack of baby back ribs with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans with a delightful snap to them. I have... More

I must have gone there on a bad day, food was mediocre at best, service was ok the seating left a lot to be desired. I suppose if I had gone there to drink at the bar and have bar food it may have been ok. The parking was atrocious to say the least. Advice do not go if the... More

If you can find the "Flying Pig" sign, you will strike GOLD. This adorable, charming and great restaurant is tucked away by the river. The deck has stunning views and the the inside is a quaint Farm atmosphere. The house named "Farm Burger" is the best in Dover. Pub style food at a great price! The wait staff is courteous... More

We went to the farm for dinner. We got buffalo tenders for an appetizer expecting the usual 4 tenders. Not here....4 huge tenders, twice the size of usual ones. A neighboring table ordered nachos and they came out stacked about a foot high. The food was excellent and prices were very reasonable especially considering the potions. We will definitely return.
