Ciao is a good place to stop for pasta. Lots of sauces to go with lots of different pasta. Shrimp app is great. Service is always very nice and the price is right.

All their meals are excellent. You can pick your pasta, your meat, and sauce or just pick a meal already combined. Popular location sometimes there is a line to get a table but worth the wait.

The hostess was warm and friendly, she greeted us in a welcoming manner. Our first server attended to us because our actual server had a kitchen accident. She came out and apologized, she was wonderful and appropriately attentive. As an appetizer, I had the Artichoke Scampi Pomodoro, my favorite, paired with a Pig's Ear Brown Ale. The main course I... Yummy Food. Very nice owners. Service is great, food is great at a reasonable price. The owner is usually the one to greet you at the door. He will make things right if for any reason you are not happy. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is so delicious.

Description
My wife and I ate at Ciao Pasta on 21 July. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Tilton/Franklin area. The food was excellent with a great choice of pasta, sauces, and "add-ons." They have a good selection of wine at very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service. With all the low end chain restaurants in the Tilton area, this is the best place to eat, by far.
