Well, 2 of us went to the Concord NH shop on a Sunday afternoon looking for a light meal. Two people behind the counter, no one else in the shop. We asked the young lady what is the soup of the day? She told us in a very unfriendly manner that the soups were listed on the board at the... More

Some of this is me, I'm fussy, so a BLT should be Bacon, Lettuce (NOT Greens), and tomatoes. My wife order a sandwich and asked for wheat and got sour dough:(, which she is not a big fan of. Now the place was busy, and if you are not fussy, and ok with what you get, you'll likely be happy... More

Good for breakfast and lunch. Lots of nice sandwiches my favorite is an everything bagel with lox, tomato, capers onion etc.... Good portion and fresh. Also try the lime and pomegranate juice.

Oh my goodness, the Everything Bagel with Lox is one of our all-time favorites. We get our fresh Atlantic smoked salmon from Brockton, MA. It's naturally cold-smoked with oak and it's legit start to finish (no fake colors or chemical preservatives). Also, kosher! We can't wait to serve you again, Becky K for The Works More

A very pleasant experience. The very cinnamon boiled bagel with maple raisin cream cheese was scrumptious!! Clean and comfortable seating. Nice variety of salads and sandwiches. Courteous staff.

Thank you so much! We will always have bagels made the old-fashioned way (5 pure ingredients mixed, proofed, boiled and baked). And we mix our cream cheeses in-house. Come again soon! Becky K for The Works More

A trip to Keene isn't complete without stopping here for a dozen bagels and some of their scallion cream cheese. :)

Hot and chewy bagels, meet your friends and great coffee. Dining outside in the summer and fall months is an added benefit. The Works has been part of downtown Keene for many years. We often go there for a leisurely cup of coffee and a warm bagel. MMMMMMM!

Thank you! Thank you! We put a lot of love into our menu and we love our community most of all. The bagels, we bake the old-fashioned way, just 5 pure ingredients that are proofed, boiled and baked the old-fashioned way. And our coffee comes from a single plantation (pesticide-free!) that takes excellent care of its employees. Great food, great... More

I visited the cafe with my mother-in-law and 13 year old. The youngest of us was happy with a bagel and we each ordered a sandwich. I am stuck eating all gluten free and was very happy they had gluten free bread...or it would have been a quinoa bowl for me. Anyway, I had a ham sandwich and felt like... More

I have not been here in a long time but glad I went today. A friend was in town and we got breakfast. Affordable food and great service. They have a variety of food and healthy salads too. I will be going back here to try more of the menu.

Not great but not bad, and better than the other options in town. Used to give discounts after 5 on the day's bagels, no longer, and prices have increased. Lots of variation on any given day on how much salt the everything (Works) bagels have, sometimes bland and sometimes salty.
