We went in for a lunch, hoping for the service to be quick as we had a long drive home. They were very prompt with taking our order, getting us drinks, and our food was out in good time. We thought about going again but ended upstairs for our next meal on the way back. Either is a great place... More

Had the Chipotle salad with steak, very tasty with a zesty dressing. We are weekly diners at CJ's, and of the many times we have this salad, this is the first time the portion control was draconian.

This location is right on the water and a very nice view while eating dinner or having drinks with friends and family. Very nice, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Very polite and experienced staff that always does their best to make sure that your experience is a memorable one. Great choices on their menu and the maple citrus wings are awesome.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant. The food and drinks were great! Our waitress was very helpful with food suggestions, and she was very attentive. We will definitely go back when we're in the area again!

Our group enjoyed the broad menu of this large restaurant, located in the basement of the same building that houses a restaurant called T Bones on the upstairs of the building. The overriding influence is definitely cajun here. We enjoyed the empanadas, the blackened salmon, mahi-mahi and chicken strips. The complimentary chips and salsa were good also, with a modest... Went late on a Saturday night for dinner. Our waiter was personable, but food took a while to come out. We munched on free chips and salsa while we waited. Our soda arrived late and the waiter said it was on the house when he brought it. Food was pretty good, but the seasoned chips were the best.

Description
Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up the tradition of "homemade" dishes, the look and menu at CJ's has its own style. Attentive servers are always ready to serve guests authentic Southwestern, Tex-Mex, Cajun, and barbecue dishes that are unmatched in New Hampshire.
