Has a sandy beach where you sit on picnic tables and enjoy the water. Can boat right up to the restaurant. Fried seafood and burger spot. You are better off showing up for a bucket of beers or a frozen drink in a watermelon than the food. It's fine but you won't be impressed.

It is very enjoyable to go to this restaurant by boat in the summer. There are not many spaces in front of the restaurant but the town docks have lots of room...except it gets very full on the weekends. Food is very good..lobster roll especially.

Town Docks is a great go to place for a delicious, no fuss meal at the water's edge. They are a very popular destination in the summer months, so arrive early or plan on waiting in line for a table, but well worth the wait! Highly recommend! 5 stars!!

Fun atmosphere with a beachy-vibe. Food is delicious and the location is great. We love sitting right on the lake, enjoying a few drinks.

We frequent this restaurant a couple times a summer as we live in the area. The atmosphere is very good, the food is average to above average, the view of the lake is awesome, live music sometimes, and always busy. In peak season there will always be a line to get in, that is a double edged sword. Long waits aren't... More

Great location and fun with a tiki bar. Food is good but fairly expensively priced considering what it is. Tourists and locales come here for the atmosphere and live music on weekends. Only open in the warmer weather.

Town Docks is a great place to go and eat during the summer time. It is right on the lake, so ducks wander around, and try to steal food which can get gross. Service can be a little slow, but food is always good!

The seafood here is great and the Common Man's icecream stand, connected to the restaurant, is always the best way to end a meal. Just make sure to check for storms before coming because almost all of the seating is outdoors. Other than that, on a nice day, the views are great and provide the perfect ombiance for a relaxing... This is a great place to go on a nice-weather day, as most all of the sitting is outdoors. It sits right on the Lake in Meredith Bay and is an absolutely lovely location. My daughter and I enjoyed a nice lunch sitting near the lake. The lobster roll is delicious and they make a good Long Island Ice Tea.
