One of the best breakfast/brunch places I've ever been to! The menu has great options and the specialty menu is pretty good as well. I ordered a beef chili omelette which was amazing! Prices are very reasonable! Be prepared for a lengthy wait at busy times, but it will be worth it!

My daughter and I both loved our meals. This is a small space so enjoy the shoppes while you wait for your table. My veggie omelette was the best I've ever had. Roasted vegs and fresh jack cheese. My daughter loved her's and her mimosa. Really fun setting as well.

I took take out twice last week for breakfast. Sausage Egg Cheese on a toasted bagel was good. Cheese omelette with toast and home fries was good. I will be back.

My husband and I had lunch at Colby's yesterday. The guys in his office were talking about food and restaurants (go figure, haha). One guy had mentioned the awesome breakfast he had had there. So my husband called me up and asked if I wanted to try the lunch there. Of course! We arrived shortly before noon. It is a... More

My wife and I had perfectly prepared tuna melts on anadama bread as the special today. It came with standard potato chips out of a bag, sadly. Otherwise the tuna melt was excellent. The owners of this restaurant will close tomorrow for All Saints Day. We must say that we are amazingly impressed that they could be so wonderfully mindful... More

I believe in supporting local small businesses, and I used to like Colby’s, where I have enjoyed breakfast several times. But I will not return after my most recent visit. Ordered the omelet special featured on the chalkboard: the bacon, black bean, provolone, avocado omelet. When it arrived (and it arrived cold), it was not so much an omelet as... More

Yes it's tiny, and yes, you will have to wait for a table (especially on a weekend)--but the wait is worth it because the food is very good--eggs,home fries, pancakes, French toast, omeletes, oatmeal--all the usual breakfast things--but creatively prepared and delicious. And if you need a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa with your breakfast they have those, too.

Tested out Colby's when our go to Golden Egg wad closed. Good quality, good menu with varied offerings on the old breakfast standbyes. Hugh pancakes thinner than I prefer and could use more fruit (we had the blueberry) in them but the taste was good Tiny inside so plan on waiting if it's Saturday or Sunday especially. Worth it.
