Met some Masonic friends for dinner and the monthly social event. Food was okay. Not a lot of G/F vegetarian options but the steamed veggies were fine. General consensus was 2.5-3 so I generously rounded up!

Every year my husband and I go to the Grand China for our New Years night. We order and then have a couple of drinks before going home, eating, falling asleep and missing the ball drop. The crab Rangoon are the best I've had in Salem, NH. We don't care for their chicken teriyaki but the steak is good. We... More

Started by using the restroom, should have walked out then. Had to send back dirty forks knives and spoons. Wall at our booth stained and dirty. After that who feels like eating. We only stopped there because we were traveling and thought it looked nice.We are in NH alot but will never go back. This place really needs some cleaning!

We went to have dinner there and had the worst dining experience ever. The server (an old Chinese man) didn't speak any English at all, was offended while repeating our order and practically scolded us saying that he never makes mistakes. The only reason we didn't leave was because all the other restaurants were closed at that time. He never... More

There were 3 of us for dinner at 7:00pm. Each of us ordered a Combination Plate. First, portions were small except for the pork fried rice, which had no pork & no flavor. The General Gao's chicken was nothing more than chicken fingers covered in the Gao's sauce. One of my chicken fingers & all of my crab rangoon seemed... More

This place went downhill fast! We saw our waiter 3 times. Ordering, delivering food, and check. Food was super dry. Not hot. Good news was the fortune cookie was prepackaged so they couldn't screw that up!

Always have good food there. Drinks are good too. Take out is easy and fast. Even on holidays. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

I will never eat a single thing from this place ever again: I would rather graze on the grass at a football stadium after an NFL game I would rather eat the leftovers from the trash bin from my neighbors house Make up your mind either be a dive pool hall full of rowdy drunks or a resturant

This place is filthy. I felt weird just being in there. The patrons all seemed to be in the bar or playing pool. The food was awful. Greasy, fatty and bland. The worst part was when we were leaving and got a peak into the kitchen from the parking lot. I wanted to be sick from the sight of it.... More
