Very small restaurant, but worth the wait if you have the time! Friendly staff and GREAT food! Fresh ingredients and plenty of it! Showed up on our navigation as a possible breakfast location!

We came to this restaurant on a Saturday, expecting to wait per the reviews, and there was a line! We had time to wait, so we did not mind. It is an adorable building and pretty outside. However, it is small. Due to the waiting behind a line of people, I could not see the atm machine. I moved forward... More

We have been there several times on our trips to the area. Each and every time the food has been great. The staff friendly and the cost reasonable. This is a place that makes you feel like home and has really good food. We have been for breakfast and lunches. Still the same. Make the effort if you are near.

During the late summer, many people frequent this locale, the wait was worth it, as we strolled about the pretty setting. Once inside the people and staff were friendly. The menu offerings were diverse, the waitress was helpful in making a decision. Enjoyed the leisurely breakfast experience.

All four of us loved our choices: pancakes, omelet, corned beef hash, sausage, eggs, bagel, home fries and a great fruit bowl. Everything was excellent including the service. This renovated schoolhouse is lovely and spotless. We will be back even though it's a 50 minute drive. Can't wait to try the lunch especially the homemade soup and salads. Five stars!

A very small but nice (and very clean) diner in our hometown. My wife loves the hash and my eggs are always cooked the way I like them- over-medium is easy to get wrong but they always come our just right. Definitely worth a stop on your way to Kearsarge or the lake.

After all the reviews our expectations were not met. Soup, tomato dill, was overly sweet. Salad did not seem fresh. One positive was cleanliness. Will not stop again.

We stopped here on our way to Henniker NH. I am so glad we did. my husband loved the hash and I had a great shrimp omelet special. The service was exceptional despite how busy it was. I love the home town feeling here. They really care about the customer and quality of the food!

Thank Michelle V
