This is in the middle of no where in Wilmot, NH. It is very quiet and relaxing with a rouring fire place. The food and drinks were great.

WE have been eating here for YEARS. The lobster ravioli is the best in the WORLD, and we have been all over Italy, and "The North End" of Boston. Piero does it ALL himself, and is a gracious, warm and wonderful host. You should NOT mss this ! Don and Pamel

I've eaten here a few times with loved ones and friends and the food has been simply delicious, particularly those meals where the recipes originated from his family from a generation or two back in the owner chef's family in Italy. Everything here is prepared from scratch in the kitchen so don't be in a hurry to eat. All is... More

The Northern Italian food was superb. The owner/chef takes a limited number of reservations for each night so be sure to call for reservations. All items were custom prepared which added to a long leisurely dining experience. The Caesar salad and Broccoli di Rapa appetizer were the most tasty presentations we have had in a long time. The Beef Involtini... More

We were delighted when our daughter made reservations at LaMeridiana, our favorite New Hampshire restaurant for many years. Piero greeted us like family, explained the specials, and oversaw the delivery of a magnificent feast, at a reasonable cost. Piero, the long-time owner, does everything. We advise ordering specials and seeeking recommendations: Piero meticulously sources his ingredients using his intimate knowledge... More

First of all, don't go here if you are in a hurry...this is a one man restaurant...Piero is the hostess, waiter, bartender, busboy, chef, gardener, and dish washer! I've been here before, but it's kind of out of the way and I only have thought about it when driving by, so I was happy when another couple asked used we'd... More

I am sorry for your disappointment. Sorrier still that you did not have the opportunity to evaluate the food, service and value before rating it so poorly. I happened to be there the evening in question and would like to clear up your misunderstanding. Piero has run the restaurant for over 30 years and has a dedicated and loyal following... More

This is a place to go if you want good, fresh Italian home cooking. No celebrity dishes; just the real thing. The specials and the pasta are particularly good. We went on a slow night and sat next to a couple who come weekly. We have been coming on annual visits to a local inn. The host is a warm... More

We greatly enjoyed dining at La Meridiana. Our host and chef, Piero, was warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and polite, and his demeanor and the family decor made us feel very at home. The food was fresh, delicious, and authentically Italian. We highly recommend the restaurant!

2nd visit there was on Valentine's Day. Meat horribly over-cooked as were the vegetables. The dessert truffles were truly inedible. My wife's comment on our splurge of eating out was "It is the worst food I have ever had to pay for."
