Tonight my friend and I went to this wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner. We had the chicken special with artichoke hearts, asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes in a white wine sauce. It was absolutely delicious as were the cannolis we had for dessert. The owner, Alan Meinster, went to high school with both of us. It was nice that he came... More

Most recent meal at Marsilio's was a celebration lunch for a co-worker. The food was delicious and everyone's plate looked good. Service was friendly and attentive.

We have been to Marsilios twice now. They are a typical wanna be restaurant. Located in a working class area and posing as a NYC restaurant. The hostesses bumped a waiting couple for a regular customer on our first visit. We actually heard them discussing this by our table. Our 2nd visit was marred by terrible service. The waitress brought... More

The food is well above average and the atmosphere is cordial. The wine is at a fair price. The kitchen can be a little slow and they need more wait staff when they are very busy. Parking is in the rear and very adequate.

Upon entering the restaurant, my husband and I saw so many people waiting to be seated. Because it was a Saturday evening, we had made reservations. So happy that we did! My husband's brother and his wife joined us for this very marvelous dinner. From the beginning, just eating the very delicious Italian bread, we were very optomistic that the... More

We ate at Marsilio's many, many years ago when they were in Chambersburg. This was our 1st time at their location in Ewing. The ambiance/decor is warm, welcoming, cozy, intimate & romantic. The food is scrumptious; fresh, flavorful & plentiful. (The portions are ginormous. We couldn't finish it all & took some home.) Our server (Brooke) was excellent; friendly, cheerful... More

The food is not only delicious, but the amount that is on your plate is a real challenge to finish. While the focus is on the pasta, there is plenty on the menu to choose from. The service can be a little hit or miss, but the food is worth coming for.

I have been coming to Marsilio's since Alan opened in Chambersburg 30 years ago. The food, ambiance, and people have always made it a memorable night. This is a hidden gem that you won't regret visiting. Save room for dessert!

I work in a very prestigious corporate environment, we have had several catered events at this location, they have always been very accommodating to our preferences in our catered food choices. The staff and owner are extremely helpful and polite. i would recommend Marsillos Kitchen for lunch, dinner, or catered event. You will not be disappointed.

I'm an avid fan of great Italian sauces and this place has some of the best. Great menu and service. Not the easiest place to find, but once you're there you'll be glad.
