I reviewed this previously and gave it a great review, and have been coming here for many years. Wow, have things changed. The management or ownership must have changed also. While some of the employees are the same there are some new ones too who have no sense of customer service or professionalism. That is in addition to the food... More

It had been quite awhile since I went to sit down Chinese restaurant. And I was not looking forward to this. However I was in for quite a pleasant surprise. The prices were a little high but the portions were plentiful. Not only were they plentiful, but all seven dishes that we ordered were superb. The wait staff helped each... More

Lotus Cafe used to be so good, but over the last 6 months it's been on a steady decline. The food used to be more more flavorful and fresh, now it's as bland and average as Chinese food found in a food court. There are many better Chinese restaurants in the area.

Went for a family birthday dinner. Was very pleased with the quality, taste and portion sizes. Good service, nicely presented and we all enjoyed every dish ordered. Some items were new to us, some were old favorites. All were of high quality and definitely worth the prices.

We've been coming here for years and, as far as I can tell, it's the only decent Chinese restaurant in our area. Even tho it's farther than we'd normally drive we think it's worth it. It reminds me of the Chinese restaurants I went to as a kid and the food is always good. The waiters get right to the... More

Food is basically chinese taste. This place is packed more often that not because food is cheap and choice of dishes in the menu are plenty. The place is neat but not clean, particularly the kitchen based on a partial view that I had. I do not see the servers wash their hands in between tables. They are very polite... More

Visited yesterday, mid afternoon. Place was busy with locals. I give credos for an extensive menu. However, except for the Chef Specialties, there were no descriptions. I ordered Zar Jiang Mein: (comments imbedded into their explanation) NOODLES which were chewed and left a mushy taste on the tongue MIXED WITH XANADU MEAT SAUCE, MARCO POLO'S FAVORITE. you know how you... Been going there for years Believe either the chef or ownership is new. Portions have shrunken and some of the old flavor zest is missing.

I could not give any rating for this terrible restaurant. We went to this place on Friday night. The waiter guide us one round table, I said we are 7 people. He said with attitude that we could squeeze each other. I asked "Could you put two table together?" it seemed to have two available table in the back. He... More
