You will see plenty of cars parked in front of pub 199. It is the kind of place that you go to just for the food. It is no frills seafood, and cash only.

If you love steak and seafood, you will love this place! The portions are large and the prices are small. The decor is that of an avid hunter in one room and fisherman in the other. We have been here 5 times and the food is always amazing!

Had dinner at Pub 199 - a T-bone Steak and a Shrimp Cocktail. The servings are large portions but the flavor is just OK. Another minus is that the beer selection is small. My advice is to spend less money on Taxidermy and more on Taps. After all, you are a Pub and not a Zoo.

Have been here many times, time and time again the food is always good. Sometimes the parking lot seems jammed but don't let that deter you because it is very big inside and I never remember having to wait for a seat. They have a larger lobsters at add'l cost but they are NOT always available and you CAN NOT... More

Lots of delicious meals here. Huge variety and everything tastes great. Just be sure to bring cash because credit cards are not accepted.

This restaurant is very affordable. They do not have an extensive menu but what they do have is very good. I had the clams and snow crab. It is served with a baked potato and you get 2 dozen clams for a great price. Warning: This is a cash only restaurant. No credit cards are accepted. They do have an... More

If you are true seafood person like myself and you want a great bang for your buck you must try this place. The only thing missing was a beach 🌊 to get the true ambience but other than that amazing! Clams were fresh, service was great what else could you ask for

Have eaten here about many times over the past few years. Not a huge menu. Never a bad meal here and the service is good. The place is large, and Sat nights at 7pm, it is packed with people and lines outside the door. Good meal at a decent price.

The salad, lobster, and clams were a great value for the price. It was packed and bar service was a little slow but understandable given the crowd.

Pretty restaurant, usually super crowded so we try not to go on weekends. Prices pretty good. Steamed clams & lobster are your best best. They do not take credit cards, cash only.
