This is always a treat. We got chicken parmigiana meal, chicken carciofi, tagliatelle Genova , Mexican corn salad, sausage with long hot 🥵 peppers and some more. They always have a wide variety of meat and other foods.

We’re in the neighborhood doing a volleyball 🏐 match so we had to stop and grab some delicious food. We placed a large order from cavitelli and broccoli 🥦 to spinach crab cakes. Can’t wait to taste everything tonight. They never disappoint.

We stopped by for a few delights. We ordered beer battered codfish, Uncle Eugene meatloaf, Conchiglie Sicilian pasta, long fusilli with artichoke, peas, and pancetta. Also the beef and pork meatballs, bruschetta rolls, cheddar and chive biscuits. Terrific food assortment.

A trip down the shore is not complete without a visit to Joe Leone’s. We stopped there today on our way home. Being that it’s Monday, we could get right in, not that I ever mind waiting in line at this gem. A gentleman opened the door and welcomed my five year old son and I. He was so friendly and even complimented my little guy on his light up boots. Talk about a warm welcome! We went right to the homemade pasta and sauce, grabbed a pizza dough for lunch one day this week, and of course had to get the fresh mozzarella and bruschetta! The gentleman who was behind the counter was so sweet, making each selection perfect and even sharing his favorites. We decided on chicken Milanese, the pasta special, and chicken parm. He wrapped everything so well so it would withstand the car ride home with no problem. A kind woman who worked there came right over with a cart to put my basket on. What a kind gesture and much appreciated. The people that work there are like no other! The food is beyond amazing, but it’s the workers that make you feel like a million bucks. I can’t wait to go back! See you soon!

We eat a lot of Italian food 🥘 but this place is fantastic. The meatballs are mostly meat and not overly breaded. The sausage was like nothing else we have experienced in our 37 years in New Jersey. Look out New York because this place is a serious challenge for everyone who loves Italian food. There pasta was so genuine and flavorful with the homemade sauce. Trust me when saying this place is incredibly good 👍.

We travel from northwest NJ to the shore and ALWAYS stop at Joe Leone's to bring home bags of food and bread. The eggplant parm, vodka sauce and semolina bread are huge hits. We usually eat an entire loaf of bread in the car on the 2 hour ride home.

Very surprised that they wanted to charge me 79 cents for a small bag of chips that were offered free for years.
Everything else was great. Just thought it was a "very poor decision to charge for chips" based on the prices.

Whenever in Pt Pleasant we take the time on the way out to pick up some of the best and freshest tasting Italian deli you will find in the state. Rice balls, Broccoli Rabe, Eggplant and Mushrooms on this visit. And of course some bread, Fresh Mozzarella and the Red Peppers. Enjoy!

Bread. Pasta. Meals. Sandwiches. Desserts. Fresh. Ready to go. We stocked up on cookies, Casear salad, stuff mushrooms, meatballs, rolls, antipasti.
Walked away with $100 in food. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Everyone!

Very well organized store. Helpful staff. Cold cuts are fresh, cookies are delicious, hot foods are very good. Their bread is amazing. We love their chicken milanese and eggplant parm.

I walk into what is supposed to be a "real' Italian deli and the first thing I see is SALSA.
It doesn't get any dumber than that.
ZERO for this place based on that, and the place is a maybe a C- by New York standards.

Hi Joe, We’re proud to be associated with and support a local New Jersey salsa company whose ingredients are locally sourced and small-batch produced and we stand behind the quality of the product on our shelves. Our guests have enjoyed this salsa and our homemade chips for upwards of 15 years. We are constantly changing the merchandising layout of our stores and during the football season we display football game-day favorites, snacks and accompaniments where guests can easily view them. They have same awesome food. Awesome curbside pick up in place. Place your order give them make of your car last four digits of phone number drive they come out and put in your trunk. All the same great breads and prepared food. Went today to get Ricotta pie for Easter. Its off the hook. Wanted to tip guys bringing out to cars but they wouldn't even accept it. They just thanked us for shopping there. There doing a terrific job and serving same great food.

Italian food is off the charts! Went to grab sandwiches before heading to the shore for my daughters 8th birthday. Jim found out it was her birthday while we were in the store and actually bought her cookies! She couldn’t stop talking about them saying they were the best cookies she’s ever had. Super friendly 10/10!

There is nothing to dislike about Joe Leones. Great food made with quality ingredients. Always interesting daily specials...and the sandwiches are made with the best bread around. Worth every penny and then some.

I ordered a meal to be delivered to a friend using their catering service. The woman on the phone could not have been more accommodating. She helped me to pick a menu and assured me all would be taken care of. I haven heard from my friend yet, but I’m sure all went well. I have never been disappointed .
