If we’re talking about the well shucked, wonderfully fresh oysters on the half shell and the service, a solid 4. A 3 for fried and grilled calamari, presumably house specials, that didn’t do much for us. The Brazilian swordfish was cooked perfectly but tasted like...More

Our first time here, along with friends who suggested this place for a Friday dinner. We are glad they did. From the service to the food, everything was excellent. I had jalapeno and lime coated shrimp for an appetizer. There were shrimp dumplings and salads...More

Excellent service by Fernando was only exceeded by the quality of the food. For starters the Tuna and Avocado Poke was deliciously spiced and just the right sized appetizer. Another memorable appetizer was the tender and delicious Grilled Portuguese Octopus. Our entrees included perfectly cooked Organic...More

A friend had referred me, and though I was travelling alone, I decided to stop by. I was given a seat at a seafood bar, and because the restaurant is BYOB, I headed back over to a shop nearby to pick up a bottle of...More

I had the most delicious scallops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I did come down with terrible stomach problems that night but I just cannot imagine it was from the food here as the menu is printed daily depending on what's fresh. This was my...More

Always crowded, this Princeton staple is consistently good. It's BYOB so even though entrees are a bit pricey, it ends up being relatively affordable. The daily mixed grill selections are generally our favorite.

I went with three friends. All of our main seafood dishes were very fresh and simply cooked so we could enjoy the ingredients. In contrast the appetizers were very seasoned. In both cases, they were great. The service was exceptional. I'm not from NJ but...More

Until we visited BPG, I (falsely) assumed that seafood restaurants away from the coast were not serving the fresh, glistening seafood I have enjoyed in Cape May. How wrong I was! This is a marvelous place to enjoy an incredible array of outstanding seafood dishes....More

Excellent food and service but were shocked at the dirty dishes being carried around the corner and left outside near where we parked - lot of cans and bottles stacked up which was unsightly and made me wonder how fussy they were behind the scenes...More

The restaurant is on the main drag of Princeton, called Nassau Street. Lake Carnige is near by, but restaurant is not on the lake. They serve food outside, as well as in doors. The food is great, but the place is small... More
