This is really nice place to hang out with friends or take your family to dinner. The food is really good and it's a lively atmosphere. They have really good appetizers (pretzel bites w/cheese in particular). It you're hanging with friends, do an "Irish car bomb" or two.

This is my second time dinning at this pub. I love the Irish Tacos and the Shepherd's Pie. The service is great. The food and drinks are delicious. The only suggestion I would make is they should expand their draft beer selections.

I was here on Sept. 2,2016, with my husband, niece and her husband. I had a BBQ Chicken Salad. Delicious and filling. My husband had the Crab Cake and Spinanch Salad. Homemade French fries, that brought back memories of when I would make homemade French fries, very good. Niece and husband had Linguini & Clams and Cheeseburger. They enjoyed their... More

Went with a few friends and it wasn't crowded at all. There was a dinner rush and shortly after it emptied out and was pretty quiet. Not much ambiance but great service, food and drinks. Had the kielbasa and pierogi which were amazing!!

Pork belt sliders were an excellent appetizer. The jerk chicken entree was very good. The meat was both spicy and moist. The dessert selection was very small. If you didn't want ice cream, you were pretty much out of luck.

I had the cedar plank salmon with couscous and summer squash. There was a very tasty sauce on the salmon and the couscous and squash was just right. My friend had the linguini with clams and said it was excellent but the garlic bread wasn't crisp enough. Another person had chicken and waffles (?) and said it was very good.... More

Although the menu is diverse, the food average. I loved the Irish taco appetizer, and my daughter likes the Shepherds Pie. The one thing that I did not like was the fact that fries come in the basket with the burger sitting on top. So because of the heat of the burger, the fries are soggy, not crisp.

Darby is an Irish restaurant in downtown Scotch Plains. They have good service and an "ok" menu but not a really great menu. Wish they would add some lighter things to the menu. We would go there more often but don't want to eat big meals all the time or just fried stuff. The guys that own it are a... More

Had salmon and it was done very good. My wife did not like her salad as much. Noisy restaurant. Good service. I would come back.

My husband& I passed here multiple times without trying. Gave it a try this past Friday night. I had the Chicken&Waffles-which was very good. My husband had the Irish Burger-which he enjoyed. Atmosphere is somewhat European soccer/football pub.
