Great way to spend a romantic night or enjoy company of friends. Staff is beyond helpful and meals are lovingly prepared just a delight. You would be wise to experience this one of a kind gem. Hand crafted cocktails and a great house merlot.

We've been here many times. The food is excellent, anything you try will be your favorite! Our waitress was very helpful. It is a great place to bring family and friends. We can't wait to come back!

This hidden treasure of a resturant had delicious dishes. Had the stuffed cabbage. Prepared well. Want to return to taste other items. Worth the trip.

I am born and raised half my life in romania. I never imagined that i would find a close so close to home that has the authentic dishes i love from my country and they are delicious! The mici (romanian sausages) are my favorite! The place it self is very homey and for the price you pay you leave there... More

Although it is 20 miles away, we try to eat here monthly. Friendly service. Good food. We especially like the chicken paprikash, half of which we can eat at home the next day. For dessert we have apricot crepes. The salad with creamy dill is my favorite. I take a pint home with me. I also like the bread with... More

Our Trenton road trip today included first a stop at the NJDEP to hand deliver documents to expedite a clients' NFA letter post oil tank removal and straight from there to the Blue Danube Restaurant, which we were very excited to visit. The restaurant was warm, cozy, and welcoming and we decided it felt like we'd landed in an old... More

Delicious homemade food the way I remember from when I was a kid. I have been there twice with a group of five. The stuffed cabbage is exactly the way my mom made it many, many years ago. I have not found anywhere else that makes it this was. We have had the pirogies, weiner schnitzel, soup, kielbasi, potato pancakes,... More

We stopped by here on a Sunday night - there was nobody there except for a couple of guys at the bar. We immediately noticed the warm ambience and cozy decorations. Our server arrived immediately and told us to pick a seat. Service was fast and the portions were large. We ordered a Taste of Europe (appetizer for 2), and... More

I've been going to the Blue Danube for many years and have never been disappointed. The biggest challenge is deciding what to order because there are so many great options. My "go to" dish is the stuffed cabbage and pierogies. It's a quaint little restaurant in a mostly residential area, so parking can be challenging. I would also suggest reservations... More
