Food is v good... classic European with a slightly modern twist - nothing too fussy like some modern restaurants today so we liked that. Prices were reasonable - well compared to Sydney! (where we had visited a few weeks earlier)...maybe not for locals? Historic charm......More

The food was absolutely excellent. Ambience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe the waiters need a bit more training in how to serve the dishes. A few things did not go as planned, but management did try to resolve.

The best risotto I have ever eaten in such lovely calm surroundings. Beautiful gardens, well tended with dappled sunlight and manicured lawns. Good value for a wonderful meal.
