We've been regulars here for years, and I actually don't know how they make money. It's homely and comfortable and the food is brilliant. A truly enormous Eisbein with trimmings is R89, and it's always delicious. The menu is spiced up with Zebra steaks, Ostrich...More

I have been here twice. I'm not from a German heritage but the food is heaven to me! Rustic setting tucked away in a quite spot of sir Lowry's Pass. Stones throw away from the beach. Friendly staff. Good beer. Lively music and vibe! Looking...More

There was a good log fire burning, dim lights and cluttered with all sort of ornaments. Best to order eisbein when you book as it easily takes 40 minutes to prepare. It is not easy to find, very dusty and not so clean inside.
