It is a restaurant where you could do time pass by having a beautiful view of the temple of madman, and you have a selected menu lunch or dinner or snacks. It is an average restaurant with decent toilets.

We were a group of 18 and visited this restaurant en route from thimpu to punakha. The food was without any taste and expensive, given the quality of it. The lady incharge of the outlet is outright rude. Avoid, if u can.

We had asked for a mixed vegetable curry in Indian style, but were disappointed with carrots and beans cooked in a yellow turmeric gravy. The brown rice was tasty. They have soft drinks too. The staff was quite helpful though.

We have our buffet lunch at the cafeteria after visiting Chime Lhakhang Monastery. Nice scenery outside the cafeteria while eating. The food is average, almost same as what we have been eating the past few days.

I visited this cafeteria for lunch. The food here is pretty inexpensive compared to other areas but the food is average not that very or not that bad. One can go to have the meal once they are in Punakha.
