Don't judge a book by its cover! This is a great place to see and the food was excellent. The people working here are fast and friendly. We shared the T-bone and it was excellent as well as the sides that came with it. We got to have a great visit with the owner who shared a bad experience in... More

Great dive bar vibe, with good food and cold beer. Ordered the kebab, it is impressive and delicious. 20 minutes east of Deming, worth the drive. Will certainly go back whenever business brings me here.

Great place! We were a little nervous because we didn't see any other vehicles on the country road going out there but it was well worth the trip! Funky decor and great food! The ribs and shish kabobs are served on BIG metal skewers! The back rooms are full of fun antiques and decor. Fun place!

My husband has taken me to Adobe Deli off I-10 in Southern New Mexico for the last 10 years. Birthday celebrations are the perfect excuse to gather some friends, drive out in the middle of nowhere, and enjoy visiting over a DELICIOUS meal. Tonight Jill, and Doreen took good care of our table. From the spicy Bloody Mary to the... More

I have been eating at the Deli for about 20 years!! It is a wonderful place for all types of gatherings!! Jill (wavy hair and ball cap) is the best waitress. We come here for the food but always come to have her take care of us!! She is always attentive and knows what we want before we order! Come... More

This is a most unusual restaurant in a most unexpected place but also happens to have outstanding food. We can only vouch for what we had which were: 1) an ordinary hamburger with fries that my wife said was as good as she's ever tasted, and 2) the hot, grilled pastrami sandwich which was without doubt the best sandwich I've... I had to spend 2 months in Deming and i'm sorry I didn't discover this place sooner. It's an old school house turned a very unique and interesting restaurant with delicious food, taxidermied animals, and an excellent library. I had a salad and baked potato which was excellent, but then again, i'm not so grand that I can't open my... More

This was a much anticipated dinner and a bit of a letdown. The food was ok, not my idea of a rare steak, but acceptable. The service was abysmal. Don't not let the big girl with the wavy hair and ball cap serve you. She studiously ignored our party of 2 for 90 minutes and told me I was grouchy... More

It is a bit outside of town and it doesn't seem like a restaurant when you drive up but it is with the ride. Decor is eccentric and the lighting is dark, but the ribeye is amazing as well as their pulled pork. The French onion soup is fantastic and the service was excellent. Unique experience! Would go back again.

My husband and I had dinner at the Adobe Deli and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a quirky little place out in the desert, 8 miles from Deming, NM. They have great steaks. We shared a Porterhouse steak, which was delicious and more than enough for the two of us and my husband is a big eater. We also had... More
