They have a (mostly) healthy and interesting New Mexican menu, a wonderful ambiance and friendly staff. We totally recommend the Artesian. The key with relaxing at Ojo is to arrive, park your car, and don't move your car until its time to go home. Because of the Artesian you will never have to go looking for food, which can be... More

We come to Ojo Caliente once or twice a year to enjoy the hot springs, hike around the area, get a great massage, have a very tasty meal at the Artesian, and spend the night in one of their very nice lodging choices. This makes for a delightful stay that we highly recommend! The food at the Artesian has always... More

The staff is friendly and attentive. We have stopped here for dinner on our way north as well as lunch. At lunch however be prepared for "Robed... More

They have a garden that supplies some of their produce, so the dishes are include fresh veggies. We had a lunch and dinner there. I was starving after a day at the pools; my server overheard me and rushed out blue corn muffins and green chile strips for appetizer. Try green chili strips; they are not too hot. We had... More

I happy we ate here. We'd been to Ojo, then decide to catch a bite to eat. Great wine selection and or Caesar was outstanding, so was our peppers. Lovely people serving.

While staying at the spa we ate here for every meal. The food was delicious and the staff courteous. Yummy but pricey. I believe all organic too.

The Artesian Restaurant has a very relaxed vibe, and the menu features organic food, most of it locally sourced. The New Mexican food offerings are excellent, with gourmet upgrades. Service is excellent and wait times for food are reasonable. The wine list features many New Mexico vineyards at a great price. The best part of dining here is that you... More

Description
Just north of Santa Fe is Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs' secluded sanctuary. Deemed sacred by Native Americans of Northern New Mexico, our legendary waters have been soothing body, mind and spirit naturally for centuries. The Artesian Restaurant provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our chef blends local flavors with global cuisine. Creative dishes include Green Chile Crusted Salmon, homemade pasta, and Ribeye. Lighter fare is available in the Wine Bar & Lounge.
We suggest that you make reservations for spa treatments, private outdoor pools and dinner before you arrive.
Ojo is the only hot springs in the world with 4 unique, sulphur-free mineral waters. The resort is historic, yet modern and fresh with eclectic charm in a relaxed and tranquil environment. The full-service spa offers a wide array of restorative treatments including nurturing massage and hydrating face and body treatments. Don't miss a soak in a private outdoor pool by fire at night or in the seasonal, detoxifying mud pool. We offer an unpretentious and uncomplicated atmosphere with a variety of lodging accommodations, including enchanting suites, charming cottages, the historic hotel and private homes. All lodging includes access to all mineral pools every day of your visit. Yoga classes are offered 7 days a week. Ojo is nestled in a valley on 1,100 acres and is adjacent to thousands of acres of hiking and mountain biking trails.
