Fast friendly service. Plenty of seating. Great sandwiches and salads. They do run out of items though. Good soups also.

The best bakery in Red River. They have figured out high altitude baking and the results are awesome. Friendly staff. Even the town Marshall eats here.

I don't know this was a nice place and economical, but the sausage and biscuit seemed nuked? Great staff and there was a wall of coffee cups with names on them, so maybe it's a good locals place? The sausage and biscuit was a great size for the price. Others had the same smothered in graveyard and thought they were... More

Stopped in to order some hot cocoa to warm us up since it got a little chilly outside. Best hot chocolate in town. Staff was super friendly and very welcoming.

The food selection was impressive for a small town local spot. Everything ordered was done quickly and tasted great! It was a bit expensive but there are not a lot of other options.

Mountain Treasures is a nice enough atmosphere but the food is mediocre at best and too expensive. I had the Big Mike Breakfast Sandwich and it was akin to a soggy microwave breakfast sandwich. I also had a bowl of chili that was fairly bland. The other four people with me had a similar opinion about their food.

We stop here every time we go to Red River- There Sausage Kolaches are the best and they are only $1.99. We tried the cinnamon roll it was great enough to feed a couple of people- For fresh baked pastries this is the place to go. We came back for lunch and were not disappointed there soup was amazing and... More

Scary what some people think is good. We went here as a last resort and were sorry we did. Ordered catfish dinner, chicken salad sandwich and fresh corn chowder. The fish and sweet potato fries were extremely greasy, had to squeeze out excess on napkins - took 3 napkins! It was crispy. No seasoning what so ever. The corn chowder... More

I wish you had complained after your first bite. We would have been happy to correct any mistakes made in our kitchen the day you were there. What you described is simply unacceptable at Mountain Treasures. We have a 15 year outstanding reputation. A restaurant doesn't survive that long serving bad food! Please accept my apology & my thanks for... More

Description
Mountain Treasures has a huge menu of wonderful homemade soups, made-to-order deli sandwiches (like ruebens, chicken-fried steak sandwiches and muffalettas)on fresh, "housemade" baked breads. The delightful smell of Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, and cookies flow through the whole place and you may find them hard to turn down! Entrees include fried chicken with fries & Texas toast as well as catfish with hush puppies & fries. Our coffee shop serves steaming cappuccinos, lattes, and fresh house coffee as well as fresh-fruit smoothies. We've proudly served visitors and locals for 12 years on Main Street right in the middle of town across from the Community House.
