I'm currently in the area for work and there really isn't a whole lot happening in Batavia. I searched for some decent grub and maybe 10 places popped up. I decided to grab lunch here around 1PM and the place was pretty full! Always a good sign that an establishment is actually good :) Staff and Service: The bartender was... More

Stepping into O'Lacy's is just like stepping into a pub in Ireland. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and prices are great. They offer an excellent selection of beer and Irish whiskey, as well. This place is a regular stop for us when we're visiting Batavia!

This quaint Irish Pub in the middle of Batavia is perfect for anytime of the day and or night. The food is authentic, the bartenders are friendly and the atmosphere is like stepping into an irish pub in Ireland. Its small, quaint, serves great food and of course has a few Irish drink specialties.

I had a sandwich called The Uncle Louie. It was turkey, bacon, swiss and ranch dressing on a grilled rye bread, served with a side of home made chips. Good choice. It's an Irish Pub with a great atmosphere. Great for a quick sandwich and a beer or dinner with family and friends. You always feel welcomed.

Have eaten here on several visits. Friendly service and good food. Moderately priced and they pour a good Guinness pint.

Once again the Tripadvisor reviewers were spot on with their reviews of this place. I was in Batavia for work and went here to enjoy some food and beer. The staff were very friendly and made their regulars feel at home. They made me feel welcome as well. I ordered the shepherds pie and had a beer. The beer came... More
