Our server Denise was attentive to all of our needs along with the two gentlemen who help her throughout the evening. The food was hot, plentiful and great tasting! We were visiting from Canada and Chili's is always one of our stops. They need to...build one in Watertown. We also went back to Chili's the next night in Dewitt and I would have rated it poor as the service, the quality of the food did not compare to the location in Clay. Thanks again and I am sure we will be back next time we visit!More

Went there the other day since I haven't been there in a while. Ordered the 3 for 10. Made the choice of soda and then Hamburger was the same as I make and I don't know how to cook. I ordered rare and it was...close to well done. The potatoes had no taste to it. Staff were nice and attentive, I would give them 5 stars for that.More

It had been ~3 years since I've been to a Chili's & I regret it...Service was good. $5 Margaritas great; they had 3 on the menu today. Much better than the $1 or $2 soured-downed versions served across the street. Had the Honey-Chipotle Chicken &...Waffles...Amazing! The portion doesn't look big, but it is so heavy; lot's of leftovers. The dish touched on all the taste senses: sweet, salty, spicy, & rich (No, not umami). After my first bite, I thought "this is one of the most amazing things I've ever tasted!" A quarter of the way through, I thought "okay, this is starting to get a little rich." Halfway through, it was "I'll have a To-Go container!" The bacon crumbles & chopped green onions on top really made the dish. Could do w/o the side of BBQ sauce; it was way too spicy (and I like heat). The dish was fine w/o it. Also Love the fresh warm tortilla chips & salsa. Fresh guac awesome as well! Hadn't been to Chili's for a while, appetizers was pretty tasty only complaint was we were not given plates to use so ate our appetizers out of a basket. Ordered chicken fajita's which were very good & had so much we had leftovers. When it...came to dessert was a little surprised only 3 selections but was even more surprised when we had cheese cake which was excellent, Service was excellent. We will not wait as long to go back again.More

Went to Chili’s yesterday for lunch. I was not asked how I wanted my burger, but my husband was asked how he wanted his steak-medium. Mine came medium as well and was cold. The meal with tip was over $100. When people left after eating...the tables were left dirty. Won’t go again. Please note: Went in January and the food was awesome. Not sure what happened.More

The restaurant has undergone a remodel since our last visit - both the inside and the menu. There seems to be less separation between the dining room and the bar area. We each ordered a burger from their new burger menu. They are very big...and have a lot of toppings, although one of us ordered it medium and the other ordered medium well and both burgers appeared to be the same when we got them. Nonetheless, delicious. The fries were also very good. Shirley was our waitress. She was very friendly and kept the ice tea in my glass full. We have been and will continue to be Chili customers.More

We had a group of people come here for coffee and drinks after our business meeting. I was in the mood for a coffee-drink (usually coffee with one or more cordials stirred in). I asked the waitress, who said they didn't have any on the...menu but referred me to the bartender. The bartender looked at me as if I was goofy, then told me that "...not only don't we make coffee drinks, but our coffee isn't very good either." (I'm not kidding; those were his exact words.) Because of that and a couple other issues, we decided not to stay, but left for another restaurant instead. I would not recommend this place to a friend.More

Applied to work there. Called back on my application and the manager was very rude. Complained that I called just when dinner started, and had a tone as if to imply I was stupid. Stating "Don't you know it's six O'clock?" I live right down...the street. They aren't that busy were he couldn't have politely told me he was busy took my name and number and got back to me about it at a different time instead of being completely rude about it. It was unprofessional. As someone with a BA and most of my studies being management, it looks as though their manager could use some refresher courses.More

Our grandson choose to go to Chili's for lunch. We hadn't seen him in a while a we we were looking toward to a nice lunch. They were short handed and we understood the situation. Service was slow but we were patient because we had...the company of our grandson and we enjoyed a game of Life. I excused myself to use the Ladies room. I noticed the door leading to the Ladies room was quite dirty and I used my hip to open it. When I entered the stall I saw a small dead roach which is unusual for the north. I didn't say anything to my husband in front of my grandson but as I sat there I looked around and noticed more and more how dirty the restaurant was. The booths were not clean and you could see food and drink drips that were never wiped off. These were seatings that were all set for future customers and I guess I was shocked. I don't think we will be going back there again and I told my son and his wife about my findings also. I was not pleased at all.More
