Easy accessible by 481 and rt 31. Sunday lunch ordered ziti, 5 cheese sauce, squiggle pasta with meat sauce...hard to keep track on the offerings...iceberg salad, 1 tomato, 1 pepperoncini, 2 olives, bread was good...my 5 cheese sauce was scant and it took 10 mins...to get a ramekin to try to cover all my pasta, pasta amount compared to my partner was scant too vs. Her take home amount...service was good and attentive...our $25 gift card did not cover our check ( no alcohol)...good food but getting priceyMore

I was taken out for my birthday to this location. The minute I sat down and the waitress came over I knew she didn't want to be there. Wine glasses were cloudy and looked like someone forgot to use Rinse on them, but that didn't...matter because Alicia, our waitress never offered us a sample. Then came the bread sticks but no bread plates, and when we asked for some bread plates it was sure, but no follow through. The salad came and more was requested, sure, and nothing. The food came, and could you refill our beverages, sure, and nothing. We had to beg for boxes and a bag. The bag never showed and another waitress didn't ask, she just got a bag for us. There was never a proffer of dessert. By the end of the meal the opinion was it was time for Alicia to hit the road. We have eaten at this location numerous times, always great food, great service. We will make sure that Alicia is not on our itinerary the next time we go.More

The complete meal was brought out at the same time. Soup, salad and bread sticks. I would have preferred the salad with bread sticks. Than bring out the soup after the salad was consumed. The meal felt rushed.

For being a chain restaurant, you would expect the average chain fare. Not the case at this Olive Garden in Clay, NY. Friendly staff, GREAT food and a nice setting make for all the reasons to come back time and time again.

We went here per my grandson’s request. He likes Olive Garden so we took him here for a little family time. We all placed our orders and were pretty specific. Unfortunately our waitress was very soft spoken in a noisy restaurant. I ordered soup and...salad. Pretty simple. My grandson ordered a sample platter. I can’t remember what my husband ordered. When our food came out my grandson’s order was incorrect. She brought out a tortellini dish. He said he ordered a sampler plater. She said he didn’t and showed him what she had written down. She wrote down the incorrect info. I stated he clearly stated the sampler plater. She never apoloziged and said she would go put that in. I told her to not forget my salad. She brought out his correct meal without my salad. I mentioned it again. She said she would go get it. Next time we saw her was when she came and asked about dessert. We didn’t want to make a big deal about everything because we were leaving t go back to FL and it would be our last time we would have with our grandson.More

We ordered the braised beef gargonzola which i beleive was spoiled. It tasted BAD and 5 minutes after we left we were both sick to our stomachs. If I could give it a 0 I would. This used to be one of our favorite restaurant...but we will NEVER be back. Overpriced slopp.More

Went early on a Wednesday so no problem being seated right away. Server Jonathan was outstanding. Very personable and helpful. Engaged in some conversation without being over bearing. I had Ziti Al Forno, great portion with excellent taste. My wife enjoyed her shrimp Scampi very...much. Took quite a bit of both home. Very pleasant dining experience. Thank you JonathanMore

Went for birthday dinner, our server "Kadie" was great. My wife & myself were going to order a glass of wine to toast my birthday, and Kadie explained getting a bottle would end up being cheaper if we had more than one glass, which we...would up doing. Appetizers of Stuffed mushrooms and Zucchini bites were very good. Our main dish of Stuffed chicken marsala & Chicken piccata was very tasty and finally dessert was very good and of course, the candle in the cake and a few servers come over and sing happy birthday. Overall I was very satisfied with the food & service. I would recommend highly.More

We went to OG in Clay on Friday night and wished we hadn't. Once seated after a longer than expected wait, our waitress greeted us and asked us what we wanted to drink. After she left, we waited for at least 15 minutes before she...came back with our drinks and wanted to take our order. I ordered the "Tour of Italy" the chicken was hard and over cooked, the lasagna and the alfredo were both cold in the center. My date had the "Chicken Scampi", it was warm enough for her, but said it had an off taste. I had mine reheated, but really wasn't happy with the texture after that. Then I heard the people at the table next to me say they saw a mouse run by! It turns my stomach to think how the kitchen looks. No More OG for ME!!More
