Service was excellent, fast and as ordered. The food was fresh, and delicious. The price was very reasonable.

My wife and I have stopped here several times over the years on our way to visit family. The service was usually spotty but the food was good. The last couple times we have stopped here for lunch, it took 10 minutes for a server to even come to ask for a drink. Then it took at least 30 minutes... More

We go upstate New York from the Hudson valley once in a while to visit family and we go to Pauls almost every time. It is the best pizza in upstate and the Hudson valley. It is in a good location off the New York Throughway by a mile or two. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. Wish... More

Whenever I'm in the area, I make a stop at Paul's and only order their pizza as it reminds me so much of the tasty thin crust I would get as a girl in New Jersey. My optometrist is very near and I always schedule my appointment near the dinner hour so I can have pizza and a small bottle... More

Well wonder no more.....Paul's is here to satisfy that curiosity. Just passing through town hit up trip advisor for suggestions. Number one didn't interest me. The #2 restaurant is basically sandwiches at a gas station.....I was like....what ???.....so I went with #3 Paul's. After searching their website I settled on the Italian trio which to quote them at $16.99 is... More

Very expensive for what you get. $20+ for a pie with 2 toppings is kinda ridiculous, and true thin crust it is not. We have now totally stopped going to Paul's and kinda wonder why they have so many patrons still (although probably because it is the only sit down pizza place in the area). Again, avoid it if you... We usually go with the pizza and it is very good - they get very busy on the weekends so you may have to wait for a table - music is always a little too loud - a lot of people I know agree the owner should keep it lower.

Despite the NYC wall mural, you will not get a thin New York style crust here. Nonetheless, although pizza is inconsistent across days and times, it's usually pretty good. My go-to order here is a salad with house dressing and a nice pasta dish. The full size dinner serving is enough for lunch the next day. Ask if they have... More
