I love diner breakfasts, so I went out of my way to eat here while traveling I-88, based on many excellent reviews. Had a western omelet, coffee, toast. Was just average, omelet was dry, not fluffy, and pepper and onions had "refrigerator taste". Not a bad meal, but not "worth a trip".

Just had a nice dinner at the duanesburg diner. The server was excellent the menu has plenty of choices and the food was very good. I will definitely not hesitate to stop by while passing through town.

We stopped for lunch after leaving Albany for the Catskills This is a very plain place but with very honest food and service! Try a fried fish sandwich for $3.95. Only drawback is if you have to use the bathroom. It's downstairs and not quite up to par.

Stopped on an impulse while traveling as there weren't a lot of options available and this dinner had a lot of cars parked in front. Always a good sign! Waitress was very attentive, but not pushy, and allowed us to puruse the menus at our pace instead of rushing us to make a selection.

We were driving from Cooperstown to Albany airport. Stopped for a good breakfast - menu reminded me of Waffle House. We had good service, very good food, and would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good breakfast. They have other food but we just looked at the breakfast menu. The eggs were cooked very well. I prefer thick... More

Stopped when traveling I-88. Easy to find, with parking for camper or trailer. Breakfast was good but not outstanding. Waitress was friendly; atmosphere was local. Will probably explore other venues if traveling by again.

If your in Duanesburg and stop at the only traffic light in town you are there. Diner food? you bet... Guys at the counter in camo and mud on thier boots?... you bet. Good food?... you bet...Is it good? Yes it is. Step back in time and enjoy real food in a real diner. Liam & Colleen New York

We stopped before a doctors appointment. Saw waitress once after she took out order. That is when she dropped off food, never saw her again. I went to counter to get bill, I was overcharged. Running late so didn't have time to say anything. Only ran late because I waited 20 minutes for the bill. Not what it used to... More

Home cooking Had breakfast here. French Toast and eggs. Best French toast that I have ever had. Generous portions. Very nice people. Cozy friendly atmosphere.
