We stopped here after a day of shopping in Findley Lake. The atmosphere inside this restaurant (also a bed and breakfast) was very cozy. Beautiful wood work throughout the dining area. The menu choices were many. I had the Middle East Plate which was delicious. My boyfriend had the very tasty Cajun Catfish Grinder. Our server told us the cook... More

We had a nice and relaxing lunch at Blue Heron Inn. It was a busy weekend with Harvestfest taking place in town. We were glad to have a nice cool spot to enjoy an interesting menu. I had home made quiche and my husband had the catfish grinder. Both were delicious!

Had always heard about the Blue Heron Inn, so had lunch there on a recent visit to Findley Lake. Weather was such that I was able to eat on the porch, facing one end of the lake - beautiful! I chose one of the lunch specials, cold shrimp seasoned with Old Bay. Delicious, even though it didn't require much effort... More

The food here is awful. My husband's clam chowder was really overcooked. His beet salad had 3 pickled beets in it with some lettuce, that was it. I had gotten the catfish sandwich and the catfish tasted like garbage, I'm not exaggerating. I ordered potato wedges instead of chips for an extra $2.99 and I received 4 wedges that were... More

We enjoyed the crab cake and grilled salmon entrees here. They were average. The "sauce" for the crab cakes was really exceptional and really enhanced their flavor. The potato pancake appetizer was ok...resembled a McDonald's hash brown just a bit...but the taste was nice. We had a very attentive waitress and a beautiful view. All in all, we would return...much... More

We were in town for sons wedding. Took a ride to Findley Lake for breakfast and was suggested we go to the Blue Heron. We ate on the front porch and the view was so beautiful. The food was a little skimpy I thought for the price, but it was very good They allowed us to look at a couple... More

As my lady companion and I sallied around the lake, stopping along the way, we noticed this place. This is a converted large home into a quaint place for the belly and brew. We were graciously seated and promptly served, the menu is well balanced, serving all three meal times. There is a couple dinning areas, One of which is... More

We enjoyed breakfast on the porch of the Blue Heron Inn during a recent trip to Peak 'n Peek Resort & Spa. Breakfast was good, but being able to enjoy the view of Findley Lake is what sets this restaurant apart from others.

BBQ Ribs app wasn't worth it. Entrees were good, but slightly over priced. Service was a bit slow & they weren't busy. Great view of the lake if you sit on the porch.

Lovely porch seating overlooking lake. Waitress was friendly. Salad was just fine but nothing fancy.
