This veteran breakfast spot continues to serve up the best breakfast in the Hamptons. The pancakes are fantastic and the food is always served piping hot. The views are great and the service is always very good. The only weakness is their coffee.

This is THE best place for brunch anywhere. Went with my grandchildren and everyone left happy and full. Am now convinced that they do not come out to see grandma, they come out to go to the Hampton Maid.

This place was a great find. All of the staff was wonderful and attentive, and the food was great as well. I really enjoyed the french toast, even though I'm usually picky about that. We also had an omelette that was quite nice.
